Welcome!! We look forward to meeting you & sharing our little piece of heaven with you. The Shack is on our working Blueberry farm. You can enjoy the pond, fishing, swimming, kayaking. Take a hike through the woods along the well beaten trails. Sit for hours around the fire pit, roast hotdogs or s’mores, or just relax. During berry season you can be the first one in the field and/ or the last one out.We are close to Kirbyville, where there are several restaurants, antique stores, and boutiques.

Located just 2 hours from Houston, our little lake house retreat is the perfect getaway. Whether you enjoy sitting around the fire with family and friends, hitting the lake for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or just lounging on the large floating water mat, we have you covered. At the end of the day, fire up the Traeger grill or Traeger Flatrock griddle and enjoy dining out on the deck while taking in the amazing views of the lake as the sun goes down. Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

Come out and enjoy nature and look at the stars at the Ponderosa. Lake Sam Rayburn is 35 min., Steinhagen Reservoir is 10 min. away and Big Thicket National Game preserve is minutes away. Shooting on property needs approval.
