Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

This is a great place to sit back & have fun. A beautiful deck and outdoor space will allow you to recharge and laugh with family or friends. This house sits on Rock Creek Lake which is part of Rock Creek State Park. It has the best view of the lake at Rock Creek. Grinnell College is close if you want to visit kids. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our home is located in Newton, IA a couple of miles off the highway. It is about a 25 min drive to Adventureland, and about a 35 min drive to downtown Des Moines. It is also about 10 min from the racetrack. Our house has a theater room, 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 restrooms to make it comfortable for a small or large family. The home sits on an acre of land with room to play outside.

We have a huge house with 3 extra bedrooms now that our kids are all gone. Access to full size kitchen (we have 2 full kitchens), we live on a farm so there is access to our trails in our timber, pond for fishing, town is 4 miles away, Iowa Speedway is just up the road, there is a bar/restaurant/golf driving range right across the road. Historical Pella is only 25 minutes away. Des Moines is about 40 minutes away. Adventureland is 25 minutes
