At the end of a path, there are two houses, one of which is under construction (no work planned for rentals) We rent one of the houses with an area of 120 m2. It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

Fully renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure of walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the cottage. House ideally located in a wine village (18) in the heart of the Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike route. Village church listed as a historical monument. Visit the wineries with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. A charging station for electric/hybrid cars is available upon request for a fee of €10 per day.

Ideal for relaxing, you will stay in a completely renovated Longère, located at the end of a small communal road without traffic.

2 hours from Paris, this little piece of heaven is located in the strong country of Cher, small chalet on 4 hectares fully enclosed, beautiful pond of 8000 m2 fish (pike, carp, tench, roach…) and small woods. This place is unique, guaranteed tranquility, a real disconnection! Located not far from Sancerre, Gien, Briare and its canal bridge, Guédelon (40kms)…. Cozy cottage, covered terrace with gas bbq…. Everything for a pleasant stay in the heart of nature.

Château de Rivaulde Apartment

Beautiful castle dating from 1900, located in the heart of Sologne, 2 km from the city center and the train station of the commune of Salbris. This apartment is fully renovated. 60 m2 located on the ground floor. Composed of an entrance, a living-dining room, a bedroom, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Large French windows overlooking the vast park and period furniture. The park, with century-old oaks, is ideal for long walks to the Sauldre River.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

L'écrin boisé – Cabin with hot tub

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Check-in from 4 p.m. Romantic decoration on request in return for a free donation to our association.

Charming studio at the top of a hill

30-m² STUDIO in an old farmhouse located atop a vineyard hill, surrounded by greenery, combining old-world charm, comfort, and modern design. A large, bright living room with earth and lime walls, exposed beams, and a fireplace (non-functional), equipped with a very well-equipped kitchen, a 140 x 200 cm double bed with a brand-new mattress and topper, a seating area, and a private bathroom and toilet, all created specifically for the studio.

Waterfront

2 hours from Paris, 15 minutes from Aubigny-Sur-Nère, discover this cottage on the edge of a private pond in the heart of nature. You will be alone to have this water point on a partially fenced plot. The chalet has all the necessary comforts, hot water, shower, dry toilet, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc., but without wifi or television (4G for diehards). Pets are also welcome.
