You'll be just 15 minutes away from downtown Monterrey. The property has a garage plus outdoor parking, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a study, living room, dining room, kitchen, barbecue area, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower.

The size of the main palm roof allows fresh air to flow, and you can spend long hours there by the pool. There are many areas of interest near my place, such as the Plaza de Santiago, the Boca dam, the Cola de Caballo, and I am 500 meters from Las Nubes.
