-Located quiet and safe neighborhood. Use whole apartment in a semi-basement with two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. -Samsung Medical Center is just across the road. You can walk to get there within 5 minutes. -Around the corner, you find a lot of local restaurants to choose. Town bus station is just a 1 min walk, subway station(Line 3 Daecheong station) 8~10 min walk. You can also reach a park to stroll, a mart to shop by walking within 10 minutes of time.

Our house is located near Daechung Subway station ( line3) (500m), near Samsung Medical Center a residential area. There are a lot of parks around here (may have mosquitoes) This place is certified for quality by Korea Tourism Organization. It has spacious living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There is a separate entrance for guests. Privacy is protected but host is available when needed. It isn't near from Airport and famous tourist attractions.
