Lovely cottage in peaceful surroundings

Our vacation home is located on a 1300 sqm. natural plot surrounded by tall trees that make the place very private. We have daily visits from several squirrels and lots of birds and sometimes roe deer. The cottage from 1980 was completely renovated in 2020 - but not taken. There is a large common room in the house and 3 smaller rooms. Furniture and beds are also from 2020. There is a carport with a charger for an electric car. There is a 2 km. to a nice beach in Hou and 1.5 km. to shopping. We do not rent to young people but to couples and families.

Mosskovhuset is located at the foot of Rold Forest but still within walking distance of trains, cinema and shopping. Enjoy the tranquility and simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. The house is about 60 km2 and consists of: small kitchen, living room with 1 bed, bathroom and bedroom on the 1st floor with 3 beds where one can be folded out. There are duvets and towels included and white cotton bed linen can be included for an additional fee.

The cottage is allergy-friendly - therefore, no pets are allowed. The cottage is not rented to youth groups. The tenant brings their own bed linen and towels, otherwise these can be rented for 75 DKK/10 euros per person.
