The property is located in the Frami House, a historic stone building built in the 1920s as housing for the workers of the Wärtsilä machine shop. The location is absolutely fantastic; just a couple of hundred meters away are the large Prisma and Citymarket supermarkets with their services. The final stop for the train bus is located a few hundred meters away. The town square is only about a mile away. The apartment has been renovated and stylishly furnished.

Klubbviken Sauna Retreat

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.
