Vina’s place was spacious and comfortable with all the cooking amenities we needed to heat up food and make breakfast. The apartment has a lot of places to eat in the lobby as well as a small grocery store, salon, pool and small playground. During our stay, Vina was responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. Thanks, Vina!

I had a really great stay at this apartment! The location is perfect — right in the middle of Jakarta, so it’s super convenient. There’s a mini mart just near the lobby where you can buy groceries, and if you walk a little bit, you can find many restaurants to eat. The view from the balcony was really nice, especially at night. I made some good memories here, and I definitely want to stay again if I come back to Jakarta. Thank you for the lovely place!

All is good. Just I can’t find any cutlery. That’s only missing. Otherwise everything is perfect. Sure will come back again.

We really enjoyed the place. While it's located close to the roads, the apartment is really quiet. Very comfortable and located right next to the mall with a lot of restaurants and stores. The pool is also a very convenient place to spend time on a hot day. Overall, we had a great stay.

We wanted something close to JICC to attend a seminar and we were so lucky to find this apartment right across the road! Setiawan was such a great and accommodating host. He even went out of his way to help me with some doc printing! The apartment is clean and sufficient for our needs. There are also eateries right outside the condo. We stayed at this villa for 6 days in May 2025 and really enjoyed it. DWI was responsive, and the place was very clean. One recommendation we would make is to have an AC unit in the living room as well as it did get a little warm. Otherwise every bedroom had its own AC.

Stayed here with the family & we loved it. Esp loved the host's responsiveness. We had an electrical issue and not only Perry (and the staff) was quick on it, but also went on extra miles to help us accomodated & situated. Place was incredibly spacious with amazing wifi. Complete kitchen as well & great parking. Will definitely come back again! I know you readers will love it too :)

Never booked a place so fast as soon as I saw this place! 4XXL bed(rooms), 3 aircons, water heater, spacey family room, this place is def a steal! And also with youtube&netflix?! This place is not real. If only this place have a pool, then it will be 1000/10! Sekoteng, cilok, bakso lewat2, warung banyak, ga ad nyamuk. A-ma-zing! Housekeeper also very responsive and kind. Very lucky to find this listing, walau pulangnya terjebak macet 10 jam :) Will come back! Thankyou!

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

The apartment is very nice and cozy. It is also very spacious, has two bathrooms, one with a tub, and another with a shower. Two bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area and a separate laundry room. It is clean and well-equipped. There was a water dispenser, so we didn't need to buy it in the store, which was very kind of the hosts and very convenient for us. The apartment is connected to the mall which is great too. Mr. Fuad was very kind and met us himself, although there is a self-check in service too. He met us and showed us the apartment, explained some details around the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Located a bit outside the city but close to the airport. It's a large condo with a great swimming pool. The dwelling is on the top floor and so a bit remote from the city noises. There are a few supermarket options inside the condo and one just outside. Great if you look for a few days of calm next to the city.
