Facing the Atlas, this splendid guest house is located just minutes from the city center of Marrakech, on the road to Ouarzazate and near the main golf courses (Royal, Amelkis) heart of a park of one hectare, planted with olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees, roses and other flowers. Domaine Des Délices has 6 spacious suites and a family suite (2 beautiful rooms). Each suite, located in the Riad or the villa of the Domain, is made in the greatest respect of the Moroccan decoration (tadelakt, cedar and walnut wood, copper, bejmat natural, carpet ...) and with all the modern comfort . 6 suites: Suite Aubergine, Suite Cannelle, Suite Jacaranda, Suite Pistache, Suite Safran and Suite Terre d'Ocre. 1 family suite: 2 beautiful rooms Composition of a suite: Living room with fireplace - Office - Dressing room- King size bed (180x200) - Bathroom with bath and shower (bathrobes, hair dryer and welcome products) - Television with LCD screen - Mini bar - Safe - Air conditioning. The price is fixed according to the number of people (maximum 16). The rate includes breakfast and a snack on arrival. The city tax (2.50 € / pers / night) is not included in the price. At the foot of the majestic Atlas Mountains, this magnificent guest house and its Riad call for relaxation and well-being in a setting that inspires the conviviality and hospitality of Moroccan culture. For your sports or relaxation stays, the Domaine des Délices puts at your disposal a large swimming pool, a tennis court (rackets and balls available), petanque, table tennis, table football ..., gym, massage room and steam room. The Domain also offers excursions: On a basis of 8 people all inclusive (vehicle + driver) by the day: Some examples : * The Ourika valley (waterfalls, Berber houses, botanical garden, saffron ...): 96 € (meal not included) or 12 € / pers * The valley of Asni - Imlil Valley: 120 € (meal not included) or 15 € / pers * Visit of the city of Marrakech (medina, museum, gardens, shopping ...): - the half-day: 60 € or 7.5 € / pers - the day: 80 € or 10 € / pers Transfer Airport-Domain A / R: 40 € (for 8 pers maximum) or 5 € / pers. We had an unforgettable stay at Soufiane's! The pool was just perfect, and even the daily activity of removing small insects before each swim became a fun little ritual😄. The view from the house is incredible, the landscape all around is breathtakingly beautiful. Special mention to the animals on the premises, all more welcoming than the others, you quickly get attached to them! Aziz and his wife are really the best of the best: warm, available and always ready to help. The food they prepared for us was delicious, a real treat from start to finish. Their hospitality greatly contributed to making our stay so pleasant. A big thank you again – we're leaving with memories in our heads. We recommend it without a second thought!

What an amazing house! We spent a week there with our parents and children, and our biggest frustration was not staying longer! Total disconnection, barely wanted to go out, we felt so good there. Very spacious and well-equipped house, nicely decorated. And our real happiness was to benefit from the services of a home cook, whose cooking was excellent. Thanks to Christophe for his availability and responsiveness, and thanks to Widad and Badira for contributing to our well-being during this week.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad! The place was beautiful and spacious and Khadijah did a wonderful job maintaining and attending to us. She gave us delicious food and was very kind and attentive.this was our first time in Morocco and I can say it was very memorable!

The house is beautiful, clean and quiet. Abdel is attentive, very welcoming and very available throughout the stay! Dream vacation with the amenities offered: taxis, activities, etc. Villa with 24-hour security. Hayat, our housekeeper, is incredibly kind. His dishes are beautifully good for a very good price! We'll be back, that's for sure!

The villa is very clean, large and in a good location. The garden with volleyball court, pool and outdoor area are incredible assets. Marie is very responsive and does not hesitate to come to the villa if we have any questions.

To everyone thinking about booking this place, my only recommendation is: DO IT! The house was amazing, clean, big, with a beautiful garden, and a great pool. It looked much better than in the pictures, and the value for money is just incredible. The host was super friendly, helpful with some issues we had, and always there if you need him. Last but not least, the housekeeper Imane was amazing! Her cooking was exceptional, along with her personality and how helpful and joyful she was! Made me feel well at home!
