Custom designed from warm cypress and serpentine and surrounded by a private oasis of lush fruit trees, the house has incredible southern views of the lake and volcanoes. This family-friendly house can sleep 7 (up to 9 on request), and it is a perfect getaway for couples, families, and friends.

This charming studio casita is situated on a hillside with the best views of sunrise and moonrise over Lake Atitlan as well as fantastic canyon views. Very private, quiet, lovely gardens, kitchen. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Min. 2 days Santa Cruz is only accessible by boat and is known for its beauty and tranquility. There are some good local restaurants along the lake shore plus kayak rentals and great swimming at the foot our our hill. Hiking is also wonderful in our area.

From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
