Vacation rentals with a patio in Jaibalito

The service was impeccable, we had a setback and they were 100% open and flexible to help us, their service was always prompt, empathetic and very friendly; finally the place is super comfortable, very well equipped and close to everything in Panajachel.

Samuel was super accommodating and let us check in earlier than we were supposed to which we really appreciated. Super responsive and offered us recommendations! Highly recommend staying at this airbnb!

Great Airbnb even provided us with a private pick up that was a great little tour and helpful. If you are a warm body there is a fan but you could get hot. Shower has hot water and TV works perfectly as well as WiFi. It is a little far walk from the Main Street Santander but doable only thing about where it’s located is a little hard to describe to a tuk tuk where you’re going and they rarely pass by the street so you can wave them down to take. But overall great experience.

Nice and comfortable place

Great spot! The apartment is on a quiet street off the main shopping area of Panajachel. Felt very safe and comfortable. Hot showers, beautiful outdoor area, and very spacious. Host was very accommodating for early/late check in and answered questions promptly. Within 10 minutes of ferry. Would highly recommend and stay again if looking for a retreat in town.

What a great stay! Nelson made sure we had everything we needed, every question was answered and resolved. We loved all the great amenities of the house and felt right at home. Was a delight to have the opportunity to spend with my husband, my son and his girlfriend. We all had our own private accommodations, with shared community spaces and places for alone time! We loved staying at Nicolas’ home! It was so peaceful and beautiful. The views are amazing and loved waking up to a beautiful view in the morning. Although our trip was short, we enlisted every minute of it! The location is a bit far from the lively cities but the boat rides are pretty consistent so getting around was not difficult at all. Not to mention Nicola’s had recommended to us the best way of transportation around cities so that was help for sure.

This Airbnb was in a great location! Private enough to be away from the business of the city but close enough to walk to the stores, restaurants, explore the city, and the dock to grab a boat ride to the other towns. It was clean and kept very well and the groundskeeper Lucas was easy to reach out to if we needed anything. The hosts were also easy to reach out to and responded very promptly! Would stay here again!

Absolutely amazing property! The walk from the gate to the house was a beautiful surprise. The third floors had AMAZING views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the sounds of the birds was a dream. PJ was very understanding to our situation and offered a playpen for the babies. The stay was wonderful. Thank you so much!

Spacious home with incredible views, we all felt at home and comfortable. While slightly out of the tourist core, it was only a short tuk tuk away or a nice stroll into the busy area. Highly recommend.

Accommodation in a very quiet area, safe neighborhood, with garage, 15 minutes from everything downtown Xela. Cecilia is very friendly at all times. Recommended.

A fantastic place to stay in Xela, a fully equipped apartment, nice and spacious and in a secure private courtyard. The owners are very kind and helpful and the place has a great vibe. The wifi is very strong and reliable and perfect for working online. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything is clean, the house is very nice and the service is excellent. We only had a water leak in the kitchen but nothing that affected the stay. Apart from that, everything was totally fine.

Absolutely stunning views. Great hosts, everyone was so helpful and immediately responded to anything we asked, we so appreciated their attentiveness. The views from here cannot be beat, wake up just before sunrise and watch. The restaurant had the best food we had in San Marcos actually. And maybe my favorite thing - their jacuzzi was actually extremely clean and well maintained! I’m picky about this. This water was pristine and treated. Perfection in the early mornings. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

This condo is great! it has an amazing view of the lake. You have all needed in the apartment. There is a restaurant downstairs which has great local food and great prices. would love to come back!
