Restaurants, an art and jewellery gallery as well as shops are just a few meters away. Free internet / Wi-Fi and car parking are available. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via stairs. Not suitable for disabled guests. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

The “Hof am Siel” is a former farm near the village of Ruhwarden. The front part is yours, from where you have access to the large garden: playground equipment and hobby house to romp around to your heart's content for the little ones, quiet corners to relax for the adults. Paddle in the dinghy on the Sieltief or cycle to the dike, the fun pool or the play barn in Burhave. Our hobby farm invites you to look. There is no boredom here, but relaxation is guaranteed.

On the first floor, there is the kitchen, bathroom with shower, a living room and a bedroom with two separate beds. The attic is open with a living and working area, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed. There is a spacious balcony to the south side and with a view of the Weser.

Our new apartment is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in the village of Neuenwalde and is centrally located. Distance to: Cuxhaven 30 km, Dorum-Neufeld 15 km, Bremerhaven 22 km. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and (sleeping) couch, two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A washing machine is available. A terrace with a small gas grill can be used.

Surrounded by paths with old trees, a farm garden, as well as a meadow orchard, the 15000 m² farm complex is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Nature lovers can watch deer, songbirds, birds of prey, swallows and sometimes storks in the garden. Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex is the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022.

WeserNah vacation home

Unique apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Weser. The entire property was renovated in 2020 and impresses with upscale furnishings as well as a fantastic view of the Weser. The property is located directly on the Weserdeich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city location. Two enclosed bedrooms and the open attic room with two double beds and a sofa bed can accommodate up to five people.
