I’ve stayed at tons of Air BnB’s over the years and Dorothy’s place is one of the best! Any issues or questions that came up were answered promptly and kindly! Beautiful house on a beautiful property. Would definitely stay again in the future.

This is a comfortable home. You can also walk for miles on roads or up on Roxy Ann Peak . I felt very safe here. A great neighborhood.

Incredibly picturesque location. If you’re looking for peace and serenity, you can’t go wrong here. The property is well kept and has everything you’ll need. Wish I had a few more days to spend here as it’s a gorgeous site. All of our instructors were very easy to follow and check in was flawless. Will definitely look to come back.

This Airbnb was lovely and decorated so nicely; felt like home. I loved the kitchen, it was well stocked with the basics, like sugar, spices, a variety of utensils, pots, pans, tin foil, olive oil; when traveling, you don't want to haul these items around, it was a plus to have these items available; you don't find too many Airbnb's with these amenities. The location was perfect, we were in Medford for our son's wedding, being held at Edenvale Winery, 6-8 minutes away, as well as Jacksonville, where we held the rehearsal dinner. Our daughter, son in law, 3 grandchildren, 2 pups, my husband and myself fit very comfortably in this home and the fenced backyard was also lovely for all. The attention to details and the hosts friendly welcoming attitudes, made our stay a lovely memorable experience. We will certainty be using this Airbnb again in the near future.

This was our 2nd time staying here, and it was great! Steffanie was a great host and the house felt like a home away from home. It matched the description and had everything we needed and more.

Gabriel’s place was a perfect little overnight stay. Cute and cozy, had everything needed to make food, play games etc. it was clean and updated as well. Easy access and waking distance to many places.

This is a special place and a special host. The space is light and airy, beautifully furnished and decorated, with many lovely touches. The kitchen was generously stocked. There were even fresh flowers in several places throughout the bungalow. The garden was a delight, with many nooks for sitting or stretching out, and flagstones with little blue flowers in between. Tambo has a special gift for true hospitality. Everywhere you looked you could see the touch of an artist, and a desire for her guests to have a joyful stay.

Everything was wonderful- nice quiet neighbor hood , home was well kept, clean and inviting. Loved the fenced in back yard, was perfect for the little to play, while the adults visited. Was easy travel to airport, stores, restaurants and family. From comfortable beds, to well equipped kitchen , to games for both littles and bigs - we enjoyed our time there.

Love staying here. The kids love the big yard, swimming pool and hot tub. Michelle is an excellent host. I highly recommend renting this place.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it surely was a place to be grateful for. I love that this place is dog friendly and allows for guests. We were able to invite my sister (who we were there visiting) over to show of the beautiful grounds. There were doggy bag stations all over, which is always so appreciated! The room was very cozy and kept at a comfortable temperature, which was much appreciated during this cold month. I do recommend to any guests to make sure you either wipe your shoes off really well or just take them off inside because the gravel really sticks to your shoes and tracks inside easily. we learned this after it was too late. The property was absolutely breathtaking! We loved every second of it here and we look forward to coming back in the future to try the winery and restaurant.

Well worth the 14 minute drive out of town. The ranch is gorgeous with thoughtful features throughout (fire pit, roping practice, rope swing, seating areas with the best views in mind). We spent the majority of our trip just enjoying the house and space as the entire ranch feels like a vacation! Quiet. Hut tub was clean and warm. The pool was lovely, we would consider coming back in the summer just to enjoy the pool!

We stayed here with friends, renting both apartments. It was great! We loved that each family had their own space while only being a few steps from one another. Everything was just as described, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was just what we needed. My kids and I love little creatures, and there were adorable fence lizards, frogs, butterflies to catch and look at and release! We loved going down to the river and even saw a turtle swimming around down there. We befriended the goats and pigs and enjoyed the pool! It’s an easy, scenic drive into Medford for shopping if desired.

We really loved our time at this house, we were even lucky enough to be able to extend our stay an extra day. The space inside the house is much bigger than we expected (the photos sell it a little short) and the floorplan gave everyone room to spread out and have plenty of privacy. The backyard pool area is simply amazing, it felt like we were in our own little resort. This house offered exactly what our family needed, plenty of space, outdoor amenities, and also pet friendly with a tranquil setting.

Jerry's place was very clean and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking for several days and relaxing by the river. I would recommend his place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I've visited many off-grid spaces and this one is in my top 10. It's newly built and created with amazing attention to detail. It's super clean and superbly maintained with amazing amenities for such a tiny-large space. I can't say enough good things. I visited on my own and will return, but certainly two could/should share the accommodations and outdoor luxuries for even more bliss. If your looking for an awesome view, no signs of humans, and a night sky that feels completely yours alone...this is your space too. I just have one request, I'd love to know the story of how you came up with the idea for the Tiny Groove House and finding the perfect spot.. Thank you for opening your vision up for myself and others to enjoy. ps. Would also recommend a Guest Book for people to share their thoughts on their time spent there. 💞🌄💞 I totally enjoyed my 4 frog pool buddies. 😉

I had a wonderful stay at the Loft. It’s so very peaceful and the view is beautiful. I walked thru the gardens and grounds and even had a few visits from the resident donkey who was so cute and friendly! I was nervous about finding the property but the directions provided were spot on perfect and I had no problems at all. And one evening I went to the local restaurant Callaghan’s which was only about 10 minutes away and it’s definitely worth the trip out. I enjoyed my time at this peaceful little hideaway and will definitely book again when I’m in the area.

This was a great place! We were able to check in early and they responded super promptly and were very kind. Place was super clean and was just right for us! I really appreciate you guys and allowing us to spend some time in your place!!

A beautiful house with a beautiful view. Myself, my adult daughter and my two siblings who I only get to see a couple times a year as they live in CA got together to spend a few days together doing what we all love-fishing at Fish Lake! We spent our days fishing then went back to Kelsey’s house to eat, drink , play cards and laugh a lot. The house was perfect and had everything we needed including a well appointed kitchen. Even when we locked ourselves out, a quick message to Kelsey and she quickly solved the problem and we were in making dinner. The beds were very comfortable and the shower head in the primary bathroom was a little bit of heaven. I hope to return next year!

We stayed here for about a month with our two dogs and loved it. The house and property is exactly as described and we felt right at home the second we got there. It’s very comfortable and our dogs loved the yard! It’s a great location and walkable to local wine tasting rooms and brewery’s! When we are back in Medford we’ll be staying here again for sure. This place was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back! My partner and I love fishing and being out on the water. This was the BEST place we have ever experienced for that! We caught so many bass, and they were all decent sized and very healthy which was amazing! I would highly recommend for a VERY peaceful trip! The only downfall (which wasn’t surprising) was the house did have a lot of dust/spiders along with most of the dishes being dirty. They did warn us upon booking that yes it is the country and there will be dust and bugs, which usually doesn’t bother me! I only bring it up because there were dead bugs on/in the dishes… It only took a few minutes to clean it up but I did then wash every dish BEFORE and after using it. Like I said, they did warn us, and I would not hold it against them! The host and the house were all so amazing and it will definitely become an annual trip for us! We were even given some fresh quail eggs to take home! Seriously unforgettable!

The perfect, nature getaway to show my daughter how beautiful and peaceful nature can be! Rebecca was beyond polite, upon arrival she showed us where we would be staying, showering and gave us the scoop on the pond and creek adventures we could experience while we stayed. We took a little boat ride in the pond, hung out by the creek and had the chance to show my daughter the “Little Dipper” while stargazing!! I had a difficult time getting my daughter to leave so all in all, as a father, I’m beyond happy with my stay at “Full Bloom”, Thank you, Rebecca Oh, please give Ozzy our love!! 🐶 P.S DO NOT FORGET TO ORDER CROISSANTS AND THE CINNAMON BUNS!

Honestly pretty great place. It was a beautiful little glamping site, and I didn’t have anyone around me so it was really peaceful! I loved the wall/patio roof attachment and it was really easy to set up and take down, but I did wish it had a lock on the inside, if it did I didn’t see it. I’d probably come back and stay here again just a little later in the year when I can do more than a single snowshoe hike at crater lake. I did also really like the trails around in the surrounding area and some places were only 50 minutes away so it wasn’t too bad!

It’s a clean and very well equipped place well deserving the price. Host was accommodating to our requests too. Especially recommend to pilots coming here for ratroute flying event. It was super close to all the major landing zones.
