Tori was the most amazing host. Her place is exceptional, with beautiful views from the deck, water running in front. Mountains. Such a delight to interact with Tori in going back-and-forth during our stay for questions. Would absolutely recommend this beautiful retreat spot, for any weekend getaway or right on the ski slope, which is a hop, skip and jump away from this beautiful and quiet condo. The ambience is quaint, love the fireplace. Everything you would need in the kitchen, cozy linens, and the bed was super comfortable! Amazing stay. Peaceful, cozy cabin with pretty views. Cabin has a large yard area with a small stream in front. Cabin and bathroom were very clean; walk to the bathroom was short. Inside the cabin there is a dining table with chairs, a metal carafe for heating water for coffee, and outside are 3 outdoor chairs, propane grill & cooktop with propane hooked up. Mini fridge is bigger than the typical hotel size. The stove kept the cabin very warm at night. We didn’t encounter any mosquitoes during our stay in early June. The 3 dogs were so sweet and playing fetch with one of them (endlessly) was the highlight of my son’s trip!

Marcy and Dave's place was one of the most unique places we have stayed. From booking to checking out, they were wonderful through out the whole process. Driving up we were greeted by four horses, really giving us a ranch home setting. Marcy was exceptionally warm and welcoming. She explained everything very well, where things were and how to operate the "appliances". Plenty to do on the property, you can make the very short drive and explore Routt National Forest. We cooked dinner with curious cows watching us from 30 feet away and had a spectacular view of the stary sky without light pollution. The sheep wagon didn't disappoint. Everything was clean, the bed comfortable, and you couldn't beat the ambiance. When shutting the door for the last time, we didn't want to leave. If you stay here, be sure to buy some meat and/or eggs from Marcy and Dave. It comes from their ranch and makes for delicious meals.

We had a great trip to this cabin! We stayed here with our two kids & dog and had plenty of space to all sleep comfortably. The cabin has a ton of charm and we loved the rustic vibe. Our kids’ favorite thing was the little kids nook off the upstairs room. They actually ended up sleeping in there too. It was perfect to give them their own play space. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom too. The shared hitchin post was even better than we imagined. Having a hot tub and outdoor activities over there was really fun for all of us. We even grilled there our last night. The views are incredible and being close to Steamboat was perfect. We’ve already been talking about when we want to go back and bring out of town relatives. Definitely recommend this place!

When we first arrived and were given a room, the room smelled of complete smoke. We were able to work with the property staff (Legacy Resorts) to get a new room that was perfectly clean and smoke free. Room Picks staff began working the issue as well and called me to ensure everything was sorted out. I appreciated the communication and assistance to ensure the stay was pleasant. Overall our stay was great! We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room with having two little kids crawling all over the floors. We would stay here again!
