Just a short 15-20 minute drive from Sugarloaf and 3 minutes from historic downtown Kingfield, this chalet provides a peaceful, private respite after a busy day on the mountain. Our 2BR, 1BA eco-friendly chalet is tucked back from the road, with distant neighbors and fast WiFi. You can be surrounded by nature but only minutes from lovely restaurants, local shops, grocery store, gas station and tons of trails, rivers & lakes for snowshoeing, XC, snowmobiling, hiking, huts, MTB, kayaking & more.

Privacy and comfort are yours when you stay in this spacious four season cabin which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with its own private ponds. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery. The rate includes up to 2 guests, each additional guest is $35.00/night. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $20 per pet per day(maximum of 2) and campfire wood is available $5 a bundle.

Rustic Country Apartment on The Moosehead Trail.

We recently acquired the house we live in which has an efficiency apartment in the back. It is cozy and private. The house is old and unique. It was previously a long term rental. We wanted to provide a restful space in the heart of Maine Highlands, the crossroads of Central Maine. We enjoy the scenic area with beautiful lakes rivers, multiuse trail systems and trail head of the 100 mile wilderness of the Appalachian Trail, Moosehead lake, Maine's largest lake, and State Parks.

Moosehead Lake, Snowmobile Trails, Hot Tub

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

This comfortable chalet combines relaxation and respect for the environment, for an experience in harmony with nature. To consider before booking: Far from major centers, it promises a total change of scenery. No cell coverage, but Wi-Fi is there to connect you to what you need. Peaceful atmosphere: party-goers are not welcome.

Guests can safely log into their own streaming options as well with the Roku TVs and they will automatically be logged out the day of their departure. Misty Morning Cottages is located directly on Moosehead Lake and Route 6/15 where all 6 of our cottages have amazing views of Mt. Kineo, the Spencer Mountains and much more!

Nice 2 bedrooms appartment in my house basement, fully furnished, view on the lake, independent house entry for your privacy, you directly have access on ground, to the lake and terrace, you also have a place to make an exterior campfire, a small beach and access to the docks. TV cable, wi-fi internet, coffee, bedding, BBQ and all kitchen and bathroom necessities. You also have access to some crafts, lifevests and paddles.

Come & play in the beautiful mountains of western Maine! Cozy, rustic cabin for two. Enjoy miles of multi use trails right off the front steps! If you decide to venture away from the cabin, Rangeley's Saddleback Mt & Sugarloaf USA are both 35 miles away & the college town of Farmington is just 15 minutes south. Our cell service is terrific, but there's no tv or wifi...come to the woods & unplug!
