Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

Entire BEACHFRONT Gated "Beach Bliss" Home

Our private, gated "Beach Bliss" home is located directly off of PR Road #3 in a protected bay. Guests will be assigned to one of our private pools (May - November) across the street on our main property, as well as pickleball, corn hole, basketball, and hiking on the 15-acre hillside of Casa Wurster where they can enjoy stunning panoramic views and even catch a glimpse of some colorful island iguanas. Bright Sun & Moon Verouska House it's a very comfortable place for vacations and needed long stays. The house is in an urban complex (Solimar) in the town of Patillas ,Puerto Rico (southeast coast). The beach and male com area it's a 5 minutes walking distance which includes: recreation, area, restaurants, live music, dj's, karaoke, nightlife,water sports recreation rentals and fishing village. The house is surrounded by mountains and the sea with spectacular sunset and moon views.
