The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

Roubenka chalet is a cozy place to relax, located in the cottage near the forest, about a kilometer from the city ( also a ski lift). We offer a clean, maintained environment overlooking both the garden and the forest and the river Jizera. The cottage is suitable for 6 people. It has 2 floors and there is also a large property + BBQ garden, etc. On the top floor 2 bedrooms ( 1 with TV, sofa, view and terrace) the other next door in private overlooking the Jizera River. Cooling up after the sauna is possible directly in the river. The property is easily accessible by train, bus, and car. It's not in virgin nature. Even though you'll have the entire shore to yourself, there's another building nearby.
