The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

We have beautiful natural swimming right at the house and the swimming pool is nearby. Our exceptional location guarantees that you will be close to everything. For example, the stadium in Bedřichov is only 200m from us. A parking space on private property is available for each apartment. Our guests can use a part of the garden with a natural fireplace, seating and a flowing stream.

Roubenka chalet is a cozy place to relax, located in the cottage near the forest, about a kilometer from the city ( also a ski lift). We offer a clean, maintained environment overlooking both the garden and the forest and the river Jizera. The cottage is suitable for 6 people. It has 2 floors and there is also a large property + BBQ garden, etc. On the top floor 2 bedrooms ( 1 with TV, sofa, view and terrace) the other next door in private overlooking the Jizera River.
