Our cozy 2-Room studio invites with comfort and charm. Where details tells a story of local craftsmanship. The dining table, crafted from an old door, painted in the colours Al Rawnaq Studio logo. For the wardrobe, we reused 2 old doors as well. Accessories like dried grain harvested from Waleed's farm, vases repurposed from local honey bottles and the wall decoration above the bed is made from date tree leaves, infuse the room with a touch of rustic elegance and local atmosphere.

I felt very welcomed, though we just met for a brief moment Hilal was very friendly and sympathetic. To our surprise we were served breakfast. We felt well taken care of and would come back any time. A kind thank you 🙏🏼

The place is clean and as the description. Definitely recommend Saleh is a super nice host who showed us around the area in his car and could have picked us up downstairs by arrangement, as we do not have a four-wheel drive vehicle. But he was able to drive us back down.

An organized closet features an iron positioned on a shelf with a neatly placed ironing board beneath. The interior is well-lit, highlighting the clean lines and neutral tones of the cabinetry.

Reza was accommodating to my early arrival plans to Nizwa which was very helpful. He was able to meet me at the house and hand me the key and give me a brief overview of the house which was nice. Big spacious bedroom and great for a one night stay in Nizwa. Reza was also great with communication.

The bathroom features a modern sink and toilet, with light-colored tiles accented by subtle patterns. A woven basket holds neatly arranged toiletries and fresh towels. A wall-mounted mirror reflects the space, enhancing the bright and clean atmosphere.

Words would fall short if I begin to praise Anu. He was super super helpful. Made our stay extremely helpful and easy breezy. He not only gave stellar local recommendations and acted as personal guide, he helped us through our trip including when we called him from afar asking for help when our car broke down. Anu is a gem! He was super friendly and the place is super neat and comfortable. The rooms/linen/bathrooms, everything absolutely clean and tidy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved our stay here. 10/10 would recommend and if I ever visit again, staying here itself again.

Very nice house in modern style, perfect with kids. They really enjoyed the pool (but cold water… despite the ambient heat…) as well as the ping pong table. Rest on the roof terrace at sunset! The location is in the suburbs of Nizwa, a 20-minute drive to the souk. For groceries, the closest is an 8-minute drive.

Magnificent room, better than we expected, spacious, comfortable, clean... It had a nice patio with shade where we could leave the car, plus kitchen and bathroom. We were at home and Abdulrahman was very attentive and understanding when we asked you to check out a little later. Highly recommended.

Wonderful rooms! Building very nicely renovated with an eye for culture and architecture. Hostess was very nice and wanted to think along with everything if you had any questions. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Very nice to be able to meet other guests during dinner. Highly recommended to book your overnight stay here!!
