The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. The apartment (50m2) is furnished with a large double bed and with an equipped kitchen and a separated bathroom. The apartment offers also a television, free wi-fi, air-conditioning and a cute private terrace. The entrance is also private. The parking place is located 200m away (parking fee: 8e a day)

Apartma Doria is a luxury and in 2020 RENOVATED big flat, located in the first floor of Seaside Vila. Located on the beach, but also close to the city center. With it's 100 square meters, 3 bedrooms, big living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and closed terrace it's ideal for a great holiday. You can enjoy sunny days in a shade on the back garden, after a refreshing swim in the sea (the sea is located 10 meters from the apartment!) and watch the sun fall into the sea in the evenings.

It is in the quiet residential area with spacious living room and kitchen, large terrace and three separate bedrooms. Guests can use the shared BBQ and ping-pong table. You will stay around 5 minutes walk to the sea and 10 minutes walk to city center. The nearest beach is around 8 min walk (Defin beach).
