Vacation rentals with a fireplace in İzmit

Overall, we had a great time with my friends at Zeynep's Villa. Zeynep was very quick to respond if we had any problems and we received good suggestions to fix them I would definitely recommend Zeynep's Villa to others for their stay in Sapanca.

literally perfect. The hosts were very kind and smiling, very sweet people, they helped us with the slightest thing that came to our minds. I'm not even talking about the warm pool, the barbecue, everything is perfect.

We rented it for our 4-day holiday and we were very pleased. The house was as in the photo, the inside of the house, the pool and everything was very clean. Everything that should be in the kitchen was available. We would like to thank Mr. Zafer very much, even though it was a holiday, they came and picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at the house on the first day we arrived, and they took us to the train station in the same way on the last day, and they also came and helped us with everything we needed during the days we were at home. We had a wonderful holiday and we plan to come again. I recommend it to everyone.

The house was clean, convenient and full of sufficient furniture. The pool was clean and lovely. Mr. Adem was a caring, welcoming host. Whenever we asked a question, we got an answer in a very short time. We had a nice experience. We recommend it.

Mr. Ensar took care of us from the moment we entered until we left, we thank the very clean employees and him for their wonderful hospitality, this is one of the rare places where you can stay without thinking, you should definitely experience it

The location was great, the house was spotless and the communication with the host was extremely easy and quick. The pool was constantly warm and ready to use which made our stay much more comfortable. We couldn't see it in the photos, but the fire boiler in the garden allowed us to have a more enjoyable time in the evenings. Thank you again Ms. Ümit for her hospitality and attention.

Everything was great from start to finish. Clear communication and warm approach made us feel at home. Check in was easy, place was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

Easy to reach by car from Istanbul. The house is not right on the road, but it is not on an empty lot either. Thus, both privacy increases and the environment is not so empty that it makes you feel insecure. The walls of the house are high enough to prevent it from being seen from the outside. The pool can be easily accessed by those who are sensitive about this. The decoration is beautiful enough to stand out from the other options. This changes your mood. The interior of the house is clean. All kinds of needs have been considered. After you bring your food, you can feel completely at home. The width of the garden also adds spaciousness. It's exactly the same house as in the pictures. Also, the host Ms. Sena is very polite and you can always reach her

What you see in the photos, what the description says, we are glad that we chose this place, no one else's noise bothered us, nor did our noise bother others, it was a peaceful holiday for us. Thank you so much to Mr. Alper and Ms. Burcu for their quick and sincere response to our questions. It was a very pleasant house. If I come to Kartepe again, it will be the place I will choose with my friends.

The most important thing for me is the hygiene of the house where I will stay, as if I was in my own home, the clean linens and towels smelled good. As a teacher, I was hesitant at first, but I was very comfortable in the garden area. It has nothing to do with the places we stayed until the time, cherry makes a premium stay. We had a dreamy day. Mr. Eşref was much more than a host for us. We were so pleased for 4 nights and 5 days that we will come again. Thank you very much. He was very helpful. He took care of us every day and every morning. He asked if there was anything missing. He was a very nice tradesman. He was not like a business owner running a place to stay. He was exactly like a brother. I hope he will be pleased. A magnificent building has emerged. There is nothing I can write as missing. Everything is 10 out of 10. I strongly recommend it to everyone. Even my relatives asked many times where it was. Is there a better place to stay in the area? I don't think so. We came to Sapanca for the 2nd time. This is our first time going to Merus, but it's definitely not the last!😍🫡❤️👍🏻

A very calm and pleasant place with a beautiful view. We stayed with our group of 4 friends. We had barbecue with views and rain. The overall cleanliness of the house was good. The garden was beautiful. The interior of the house is also very tastefully designed. Gülşan helped us with everything and conveyed everything we may need. We would like to thank him here as well. Not many places around within walking distance. So it's a good idea to shop and come.
