Relax with the entire family at this peaceful cabin, nestled on the banks of the famous White River. Mulletts Landing is a private area with just 4 cabins, all behind a locked gate for your privacy. Lots of beautiful scentery, and great fishing. Walking distance to the down town area and boat dock is about 1/4 mile. All Cabins have a Fire pit, charcoal grill, lawn furniture and spacious parking for boats. You'll enjoy the majestic bluffs on one side and the pristeen river on the other.

The kitchen features modern gray cabinetry and granite countertops. Stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and microwave, are visible. A window allows natural light to brighten the workspace. The flooring is a light wood tone, complementing the overall contemporary design.

It is centrally located - two miles outside of the downtown Mountain View and minutes away from everything else. The farmhouse is spacious. The living room welcomes many hours of conversation, movie watching, and quiet reading. The farmhouse table seats 10 people comfortably. A workstation is provided to allow visitors to keep up with life’s demands.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space built on our beautiful property next to the White River. Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. We personally milled all the hickory wood that so beautifully transforms this space. Our cabin sits on a bluff about 60-80 feet above the White River with a beautiful view from back deck! This deck is literally on the edge of the bluff! 180 degree view of river and beautiful pasture across river from cabin. Our cabin is one of three that sit fairly secluded on land with private road. We own the middle cabin & 6.6 acres around and across gravel road from it. Signage alerts public they are trespassing. Very quiet.

A covered patio area features two comfortable seating options and a small table. The space overlooks the river, framed by foliage and distant hills, offering a serene view of the water. A ceiling fan is installed above for added comfort.
