Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. 10 minutes walk to the store and bathing place. 5 minutes walk to the bus. The home has a good, family-friendly layout over a flat and is a modern home with balanced ventilation and air-to-air heat pump. Living room and kitchen are located in open solution with integrated appliances, fireplace and plenty of space for dining table. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower corner, as well as a practical laundry area behind sliding doors. The home also has a nice entrance and 3 great bedrooms

Nice family friendly cottage in rural setting. A bedroom with a family bunk. Double bed in loft and pull-out bed in the outdoor living room. Bed linen and towels are included. The cabin has water and electricity (not recommended to drink the tap water. Clear drinking water in a refrigerator). Driveway all the way to the cabin summer time. Parking about 300m from the cabin in winter. Short distance from Evje city centre. Fishing water and ski slopes at short distance from the cabin.

Cut a Christmas tree in the forest for 24/12 -23

An old farm in the middle of the forest. If you're lucky, you can see wild animals and birds from the windows early in the morning or foxes, hares, moose or deer in the evening/night that come to drink in the pond. Cut down your own Christmas tree and decorate it if you rent at Christmas or take it home if you rent earlier in December. Berry or mushroom trips are recommended in season. Interesting area for amateur geologists with quarries "everywhere".

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet. Sit on the terrace and watch the fish jump. Fire up the grill, or the fire pit. Hit the wheels on the lawn or put a salt on the trampoline. Nice to hike in the area. Pick berries in the woods. Short distance to Mineralparken, go-kart track and 20 min to Evje city centre. (Note: The map does not match the address). 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If the GPS leads you onto a dirt road with a beam, you will need to find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many trails. Rowboat can be borrowed. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Bring your whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. You can swim in the river, fish for small fish, go hiking in beautiful surroundings, there are many hiking trails in the area. You do not need a fishing license. From house it is a 10 min drive to RV9, 17 min drive to Vennesla, about 40 min drive to Kristiansand Dyrepark, about 40 min to Trollaktiv in Evje ,and 33 min to Evje mineral park.
