A nice new house with the opportunity to be alone and spend time in nature. On the shore of the Kyiv Sea. This is a rare find. The owner has made an effort, it is noticeable.

This is a very comfortable place inside a secure compound. It is quite a big area which is landscaped with ponds and walk area. It is almost like a little park. The hut is kind of basic inside but it is comfortable and has everything you need. Everything was clean. The area is a very rural village. You can go for walks but apart from nature and local people, their houses and huts there is not much to see apart from military people and occasional military vehicles. ( as of August 2023 ) If you don't go there with your own car/ motorbike then you rely on getting a taxi or a bus which comes only once per day I think. The village has only one shop that is just around the corner from the Hut. That's also where the bus will stop when it finally arrives. The shop seems to have draft beers as a specialty ! They obviously sell what the people want. You can buy fresh bread and many types of meat and also many other things. I was surprised that there was not on offer any fresh vegetables.

Great place, just fabulous. The territory is actually much larger than in the photo. The views are beautiful, the house has air conditioning, if you are afraid of the heat) Quiet, no one disturbs, only you and the Kyiv sea
