The apartment is exactly as described, with beautiful light and very spacious. Moran is an excellent host, always very responsive every time we had a question. The location is perfect, walkable distance to many restaurants and a great shopping center. We loved it and we’ll be back!

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

This apartment in a gem in the middle of Villa Morra. Location is really convenient, close to everything within Asuncion, neighborhood is quiet, apartment had everything we needed (cozy, furniture and decor are really nice, washer/dryer, bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, and much more) and the view of the city is just beautiful. The host was responsive, accommodating, and made the whole communication process very easy. Internet worked well as I had to work remotely for a couple of days. My daughter took advantage of the gym almost daily. I cannot wait to go back to Asuncion and stay at this apartment. Thank you Alex for making our stay a breeze!

A very good place to stay for families and friends. The location of the residence is quiet, we leave the vehicle on the street and nobody touches anything at all. Not to mention the comfort of the house. 100% recommended. Impeccable predisposition of the host. Very kind to any questions.

We really enjoyed this week at Peter's. As newcomers to the American continent, Peter helped us with all questions: airport transfer, car rental, currency exchange, bus ticket, visiting the market, etc. The house is spacious, the bed has a good mattress, the air conditioning cools down quickly and the kitchen is well equipped. The new grill on the large terrace, which we used a lot, was great. And last but not least: the large pool in the middle of the bird-rich garden is even magically lit in the evening. As a start for South America, the best address starts here with Peter.

From the moment you enter, you can notice the attention to detail, the neatness and the affection they put into the space to make it a perfect stay. The apartment and building's facilities make it a stay that exceeds expectations and the location is also incredible because it has everything you need nearby, the neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and it is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always ready to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop your day to day with ease.
