Fantastic stay in a fantastic house!

Very nice house! The atmosphere is great for resting and socializing. The garden is very well maintained, the house is clean and the social environment is great for barbecuing and socializing. Lorena was very helpful with everything we asked for. I recommend it!

Our stay was excellent! The house is very clean, well maintained and offers a great structure for those who want to rest comfortably. The location is privileged, close to the city center, which makes it much easier to access local commerce. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for use. You only need to bring the seasonings and ingredients, as pots and utensils are all available, in great condition. Ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals. The view is wonderful and contributes to the feeling of tranquility. The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and very comfortable. The bathrooms are also worth mentioning: modern, clean and functional. One point of attention is that the house has three flights of stairs, which can be a factor to consider for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. Other than that, the experience was impeccable. We recommend it for sure.

Daniel served us super well, always attentive. Place and as described.. Clean and organized environment. It's a little away from the center, but it didn't stop us from walking. Comfortable Suites. Better than there were 4 baths available. We really like the place and we'll come back for sure.

I had a great home experience! The property is exactly like in the pictures, very clean and well taken care of. The location is great, to rest. The host was very attentive and quickly answered all questions. The only point of improvement would be the location of the camera inside the kitchen. It embarrassed family members because it gives access to the back door bedrooms and a social bathroom.

I went with a group of friends, we spent the holiday at the house and loved it. The view is breathtaking, the little lake is very nice and the outdoor space is quite large. the rooms were clean and tidy, the kitchen was clean and very well equipped and the living room is charming and cozy, we were able to enjoy it a lot. The location is very convenient, a few minutes' drive from the city and close to the Serra Morena waterfall, which is beautiful. I needed to work from there and was worried because there is no 3g signal in the region, but the internet in the house (starlink) was super fast and there were no problems. The only issue was that one night we used the four showers at the same time and the power in the rooms went out and didn't come back, but the power in the living room, where the Wi-Fi is, was independent and we were able to get in touch with the hostess, who was very helpful and sent an electrician the next morning, who solved the problem. That said, we all left wanting to stay at the house again on other occasions.

They were very pleasant days of peace and quiet. The house is very cozy for those who want peace and quiet in the midst of nature. It has all the necessary infrastructure such as utensils, barbecue, beer maker, fans, etc. Great showers. The night lighting is a separate charm. As for the host, Diego is extremely polite, kind and helpful. He made us very comfortable and did everything to please us. We will definitely be back.

Very good location, pool and cottage as a whole. Nowadays, it's getting harder and harder to find a place with privacy in this community. There is only this cottage on the lot, an exclusive pool with a “hydro” option and a delightful lawn with space to make a bonfire and see a beautiful sky! I managed to disconnect and have a great barbecue. There is a barbecue and good knives. Thank you for hosting my pets, they ran and played a lot. All the same as the listing.

Luiz and Melissa were always available to help and answer our questions. The house is wonderful and exactly as shown in the listing photos. We hired Flaviana to help us during our stay and she was perfect, I highly recommend her. Very good food and conversation. We'll be back for sure.

Excellent accommodation! Rustic and cozy. Well-equipped kitchen, very quiet location and at the same time close to everything! The heated pool is wonderful, we were able to enjoy it until the evening because it was sunny enough during the day! Camila is an excellent host and was always available! I recommend and want to go back!

Some important notes for those planning to go: it is necessary to bring bed linens and towels, as they are not included. The waterfall near the house is beautiful, but access is of a moderate level, which can be a challenge for children or people with reduced mobility. Another tip: take everything you need! In the Serra dos Alves region, we only found a very simple grocery store, with a limited variety of products. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back again! I highly recommend it!

From the kitchen, well-equipped and functional, to the private pocinho on the ground, everything excellent! Rain or Shine, the site Pedra do Índio is a spectacle! The host, Juarez, is a figure. A lot of good people, good prose and full of tips from the region. As a suggestion, I let them ask him to indicate the lunch that a resident of a nearby place does. For those who like simplicity and Guimarães Rosa, it is quite a walk!

Our satisfaction was general. The stay is perfect for those who want peace and quiet and to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the surroundings. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen that serve very well, everything clean and with a decoration that left me delighted. Juarez's works are beautiful and make every room more special. He is also communicative and helpful, gave detailed instructions on how to get to the site and also on how to go to the waterfalls. The little swimming pool and the waterfall on the property are really cool, and it's a privilege to hear the sound of the water in the distance while making coffee in the kitchen. We went with our dog, Pretinha, and she had a BLAST! Think of a happy animal. Anyway, everything was great and once again we leave our thanks to Juarez.

The house served us very well, there was everything we needed for a peaceful stay. Dona Lúcia is always very attentive and willing to meet the needs. Simple and welcoming atmosphere. I'll mention something that I found very sweet about Dona Lúcia... every morning she would throw canary seed to the canaries on our balcony and we would wake up to the sound of their songs. We felt at home and we will be back for sure!
