Vacation rentals with beach access in Itamaracá

My family and I love the place, very quiet, comfortable apartment, foot in the sand, employee Mr. João a lovely and helpful person, very safe place! I loved it, and hope to come back again!

we had a wonderful stay, we got to know some points of the Island that we still knew, it was very fruitful. thanks also to Anderson, for his kindness and easy communication, the apartment is how it describes the photos, a clean and quiet environment.

The place is beautiful and I fell in love with the view over the rooms. Highly ventilated and very simple yet very pleasant... I felt at home, but without feeling warm !!! kinskkk I'm already scheduling myself to return more often !!!!

It was wonderful! The place is super clean, pleasant, Thais is very helpful and responded super fast. The atmosphere is also very peaceful. The house is very clean and impeccable. We'll be back for sure.

The stay was very good. My family loved the place and we intend to come back again and again. The location is very good, very close to the beach. We also very much liked the pool and the barbecue area. The checkin was easy to do and the easy place to find.

The stay at Ingrid's place was great! My girlfriend and I spent a weekend there and it was all very quiet. We recommend with eyes closed!

In communication with the host and in the interior of the apartment everything was perfect, I was late on arrival and she worried about the delivery of the keys and kept in touch all the time, the apartment had everything in relation to household material, the only detail was on account of some neighbors who decided to perform works in the full weekend taking away all the peace and privacy of the condominium, this detail has nothing to do with the one offered by the host.

First, Keviny's service was spectacular, very easy to communicate with her, responded with agility and precision. Her service is wonderful. Then there's the homemaker, your Antonio, extremely sweet, attentive and proactive! The village helped us to indicate places, keeping the pool and the outside of the house organized and still took coconut and manga for us! The house is very good, wide we were in 4 couples and each one kept their bedroom and their bathroom. All with air-conditioning. It has a fridge and a freezer that cools very well! Great for those drunks. Many cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, cutlery. Since everything in life there is room for improvement, the house would not be different but nothing that hinders the use of the house! The beach at the end of the street is Bárbara! I recommend that when you go shopping as we took and were instructed by the host! For those who are thinking about renting… just go! It will be a phenomenal experience! Note: those who like the network… only take yours! Thanks Keviny! I'll be back!

Very nice and cozy house. N is far from Sôssego Beach and Milca is always available when we send a message. (The only downside is a long dirt road that we get through to get to the quiet, but that's just a point relative to the island itself) Overall in relation to the house, all as described. Mtt good👏🏽

The house is excellent, very well maintained, with a very good pool and a very nice barbecue/living area. The rooms are large and accommodate families with children and couples well. The kitchen is very well equipped, you can do everything and with Avelina's services everything was much better!!! The beach area has a very nice bath, it is very worthwhile to spend some time resting and enjoying Itamaracá. To top it off, Carolina and Romildo were attentive and helpful, responding promptly to our questions and concerns and making check-in and check-out flexible. We will definitely be back on other occasions

The house is very cozy, all organized and clean. It is very close to the beach and easy to access location. Everything just happened and we didn't have any unforeseen!

The house is amazing and is on a shared plot with 4 other houses. There are 3 rooms and 6 people fit comfortably. Overall the kitchen has all the utensils you need, including a freezer and air fryer. The house is foot in the sand and is part of the most beautiful beach in Catuama. The quiet sea right at full tide. At low tide you have a warm pool and sandbars (Moises path type). For those looking for tranquility is perfect. No bars nearby, sound or any kind of bustling. The pool area is shared with the other houses. It has two barbecues and plenty of place to stay, beach chairs, umbrellas, shower and external bathroom, a beach volleyball court and weakball and kayaks, which for us was a great surprise! The city of Ponta de Pedra has supermarkets and bakeries you can buy everything there. The housekeeper, Manoel is Nota DEZ, super considerate. The town served us promptly on everything. Without a doubt one of the best houses in Catuama

My wife and I really like hosting taking into account the cost and benefit, everything clean and organized according to the listing description, not to mention that Dona Fátima is a great host. I recommend it to everyone.

It was a very pleasant experience. A small apartment, clean, cozy, that you see whimsy in the small details. The host is always ready to answer, guide any questions. It is close to the beach, on a stretch that I consider one of the best on the island for bathing and with a bar/restaurant by the sea. It is also close to grocery stores and other businesses, which makes it easier to arrange items for breakfast and dinner( time when we find it difficult to find a restaurant open nearby). The ones who attended us at the entrance were solicitous and polite, especially their Severino, with whom we were able to count on most days, always ready to help. I definitely recommend hosting and plan to come back.

Our stay was excellent, the house of Dona Maria is close to several grocery stores and snack bars, among other local shops. To get to the beach is just cross the street, get a little bit and you're already on the beach. The house is on the second floor, but they are not long stairs, they are short trechinhos. I liked it a lot, especially the fact that there are many drains around the house, for those who travel with children and dogs is essential for cleaning. There were also a lot taken by the house, which is very useful, nor do we need to use the extensions we had taken. Dona Maria gave us several tips of restaurants and snack bars. There were many types of fruit trees, and a lot of fruit options in place: mango, cashew, pine, saputi, coconut, carambola, acerola, lemon, among others, it was just a pity that was not in their season, only the sleeves we could eat, the others were too green or were not sprouting. We still got some casjus and we made a little s**k. I loved the space of Mrs. Maria. I recommend it.

The LocarHouse team is very efficient! Mr. João (who received us) was very receptive and clear in the information provided. The house is very good, better in person than in the photos (which are already good), it is the closest house to the sea and the rooms have a view of it. One single detail (for me and my guests) that was missing: Blackout curtains! The rooms are very bright and it ends up becoming a little inconvenient to always be woken up at sunrise, we ended up sleeping late and having to wake up very early because of the light. Even so, 5 stars for the whole context.

I only have good things to talk about both the host and the location, great location close to the beach all very clean and organized thousand note, the host was very communicative always present when I needed it, I certainly intend to return other times, for those who are thinking of locating do it without fear because everything was great!!!
