Super location many great restaurants right out the door, modern, clean, low noise but within 5 minute walk to all the action that Ploblado is famous for. Felt very safe.

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

This was my third time staying at Gaudi Lofts, and it’s my preferred vacation residence in Medellin. It’s very comfortable, clean, safe, and centrally located in El Poblado. The hosts are very friendly and attentive to my needs for the duration of my visit. Overall, I find Gaudi fairly priced and worthy of high recommendation. I look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Medellin.

So much to love about this place. Excellent, safe location to explore laureles by foot. So many restaurants, cafes, gyms, stores and dance studios nearby. The apartment itself was serene spacious and comfortable. The high ceilings are a rare luxury. A/C and ceiling fans will keep you comfy. Some of the best sleep I’ve had in medellin. It’s a beautiful well appointed space. Alejandra the cleaner is super friendly and she’ll do your laundry for you as needed. Keenan is an excellent host. There was a minor issue and he went out of his way to repair it and offer me alternatives. He is the kind of host that is concerned about treating his guests well.

Lovely place! The view was great and the place was large and comfortable. It was close to many restaurants and it was very walkable. The washer/dryer was awesome. Only thing - while the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, it was missing some oil and seasonings.

This apartment and building is my home away from home when visiting Medellin. This unit is beautiful and comfortable I have stayed several times here and its always my first choice when visiting. Host is responsive and always willing to help make your stay outstanding.

1. Maintain "Good Value Price" for continued return rental. 2. Mention distance to park and restaurants. Diego offers extra amenities that are not mentioned, like extra drinks in the refrigerator (including WATER), beer and soft drinks. On kitchen counter were tidbits to taste and eat. Coffee, etcetera. Diego, obviously cares about how renters will react to their stay.

This was my first time using Airbnb, so I felt a bit nervous at first. However, that anxiety quickly disappeared thanks to Isabel, who truly has her guests’ best interests at heart. She is very helpful and accommodating: I couldn’t figure out how to use the gas stove. She didn’t just explain, she came over in person to show me how it worked. On top of that, I had issues with the delivery of my prescription medication. Even though she had no obligation to help, she took the time to guide me through the process. Without her, I might not have received my meds at all. As someone who cooks often, I really appreciated the big kitchen space and the fully equipped setup, including a rice cooker, blender, and coffee machine. I had all cooking utensils I needed. I also loved the location. The area is not touristy, allowing for a more authentic cultural experience. Living here even helped improve my Spanish. Definitely recommend!
