It has a fan and the windows have a musketeer screen. **We have cats and dogs on the property. But no access to the house. Walking you find yourself walking to: *2 min Market, bakery, grocery store. *20 min to Concha beach *15 min to downtown *30 min to Pituba *3 min from Rio de Contas. We have an outdoor area with a shower and barbecue.
