The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

We rent the site for parties, events, birthdays, gatherings, religious retreats, among others. The house is in Piratininga, a very cozy and quiet neighborhood. Located on the second block of Piratininga beach (approximately 3 min walk) on a very wooded and quiet residential street. It has a great swimming pool surrounded by a very nice garden, barbecue and pool loungers to better serve the leisure space. House with Wi-Fi, suites on the ground floor and second floor, all with Split and fan. NOTE: The space has a caretaker for the maintenance of the pool and garden.
