It is distributed on two floors. On the high is the bedroom with the bathroom, and downstairs, the living room with the kitchen and a terrace from where you have a privileged view of the entire pool. My clients will receive personalized service from the owner, who will explain the most important places on the island during an extensive check-in, along with all the information they need to enjoy their stay in my apartment. I personally hand over the apartment key when the guest arrives at the complex, and I am available to them throughout the stay I will be available at all times to clarify any questions you may have about the Costa Calma area as well as the entire island in general. My goal is to offer personalized service and attention to all my clients My guests will be able to enjoy a lot of tranquility and my personalized service, which will inform them of all the important places to visit and all the relevant information they need for greater satisfaction during their vacation.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
