So, is there a feature you absolutely want to have in my house? ~ 3.5 km (10 min) from the highway exit and 1.5 km (5 min) from the center. ~ All kitchen equipment and tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, charcoal, kindling, etc. are provided for you. ~ The closest bungalow to my home is 50 meters away (it is not one of the houses that are right next to each other) ~ The pool heating is turned off on June 15th

Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca Lake and has a lake view and a heated pool. At the same time, we have fireplaces on our porch and for the house. It is 800 meters from Eşme city center. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.

There are 2 double beds in our house. Our pool is active in the winter months with a heated pool and you can enjoy the pool in cold weather Kitchen and kitchen utensils are available.
