The apartment is located right in the center of the hippest neighbourhood called Cihangir. It is surrounded by lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars. From the apartment, access to the historic city is a piece of cake. It’s walking distance to the main shopping street called Istiklal Street. The apartment is in a typical historic building from the beginning of 1900s with high ceiling and lots of widows looking towards all directions, with lots of light and view of the neighbourhood.

Our 130-year-old historical monumental pavilion; is covered with stone walls, the ceiling and floor is wooden, its room with an original bathtub bathroom. It is 750 meters from the center of the island, surrounded by pine forests with sea views. Breakfast is included in our prices, we also provide catering for a fee. Our 10 meter long swimming pool in our garden, a very spacious balcony on the upper floor and our large fireplace are offered as common areas for a total of 4 rooms.

Our newly furnished hotel is in Yenikapı area (Old Town). We provide in all our rooms a kettle, a mini fridge, an air conditioner, a hair dryer, a set of clean towels etc.. Keep in mind that there is not lift. The apartment located in heart of the city. Aksaray tram is 2 mins. Yenikapi Metro and Marmaray stations are 500 meters away. Walkeable distance to Grand Bazaar. Hale is a perfect host Ms., she was so helpful in every regard. What we needed was a solution in the moment. We felt at home as a family with two younger kids. Thank you so much for everything, my lovely Hale han.

Wonderful host, would for sure stay here again. Absolutely accommodating, even helped me with my transportation during my flight day which would not have been possible without him. There are also small markets near by for snacks with reasonable prices so you’re not overpaying.

We were so pleased to have chosen Marmara Guest House. It was exactly as advertised, so well located, and affordable. The top floor terrace and breakfast and on-site staff were very helpful. Would rewcommend it to anyone easily. Thanks.

We had 2 nights at Marmara Guesthouse and found it was in a great location near the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The reception guys had good English and helped with our luggage. It is a quiet place with double glazing and aircon/heating in our room. Internet was very good. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices and foods to try. Sadly the coffee wasn’t very strong and the bed mattress was too firm. But they’re just small things. Recommend Marmara !

It was a very pleasant, fun stay. Friendly employees were very helpful with their interest and approach. Their food was delicious, too.

Thanks a lot for this amazing stay. Location of the place is directly next to Agva River and very quiet. To city center it is ca. 5 min by car. The room was very clean and as indicated on the pictures. Highly reccomend this place!
