Vous trouverez une cour extérieure de 8m2 vous permettant de profiter des journées ensoleillées notamment le jacuzzi à votre disposition ainsi qu’une plancha et barbecue. Plusieurs commerces se situent à proximité. Veuillez noter que le jacuzzi n’est pas utilisable de novembre à mars.

Studio in a private house.

The studio is located on the floor of our house, with independent entrance (new outdoor staircase with anti-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. Every Thursday there is a large market with local products. Located in the heart of a tourist region between zoo (15 min from Beauval Zoo) and castles (Cheverny, Chenonceau, Chambord...). The Flanders gîte is ideal for spending good times with family.
