The house is located 3 km outside Estancia. 10 minutes walk to a resort with restaurant and pool. 1st floor have 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and receivingroom. 2nd floor is occupied by the host. 3rd floor have a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a 30 sqm balcony with seaview. A terrace on top of the house with seaview + overlooking Sicogon island with nice beaches. Famous is also Gigante islands with caves, beaches and a natural swimming-pool.

On the second floor, 1 master’s bedroom and a guests room. Both rooms has an aircon. Toilet is also available upstairs. Guests are also allowed to use the swimming pool for free. There will be an additional fee for our indoor playhouse. Free wifi to all checked in guests.
