Apartment completely renovated and equipped on the front line of the Mar Menor with beautiful views of the 2 seas to enjoy the sunset sunrise. Quiet house as it is located on a tenth floor and in one of the most lively areas of La Manga. The house has a room with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room and the possibility of putting a park crib. The house is cool as it has ventilation on both sides, has a fan and stove both in the living room and in the room.
