It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so if anything happens, we will take care of it right away. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station About 20 minutes on foot from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line It's a little inconvenient. There are few drive streets and you can stay quiet. This room has a good view. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place for life. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. The sofa bed is 170cm. ☆Transportation We will pick you up at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay as much as possible. Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. It is an inn that DIY an old house with a family.Renting one building is 30-40% off for stays longer than 7 nights. A house is a 3-minute walk from the north exit of JR Tsubetsu Station.Please stay with family or group (within 5 people). There is a reputable izakaya across the street, where you can get a welcome drink and Zangi for free. Welcome drinks are also free in the shopping street "Ginhei".You can use both once. Around the station, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and you can also source ingredients. There is also a free laundry machine which we can recommend for longer business trips or trips. From April to October (Friday) from 7 to 14 o'clock, a delicious coffee kitchen car comes to the parking lot. In winter, it is a 2 minute walk to the free shuttle bus stop to the Ishikari Plains ski resort.(Runs until mid January) In about 20 minutes.It takes about 10 minutes by car.Please use it for skiing camps. We accept large families displaced by fires, earthquake disasters, etc.You can live immediately for 8 people. There is also food assistance such as rice.Please contact us.
