Directly to the Fjord

Our summerhouse is situated on a small island, Oroe, in Isefjord. It sits on a bluff, almost at the end of a gravel road, with direct access to the fjord from the house. We provide Danish traditional summer house-hygge in natural surroundings with a twist of modern facilities. The house is our private home, open for guests only 10-12 times a year. (=The original idea behind AirBnB) In general, we attempt to be as sustainable as possible i.e we always try to repair rather than to replace.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. 2 min to train station directly to Copenhagen in 15 minutes. In quiet scenic area, with many shopping opportunities. The apartment is located in the same building as the landlord, so there is easy contact if you need help or various questions. 80m2 divided into 3 rooms. With its own courtyard. Cozy and nice summer house (79 sqr. meters). Close proximity to the beach and the forrest. Last house on the street before the beach, and only 200 meters to Denmark's best and very child friendly beach. Large southern terrace with lots of opportunities to enjoy the sun, nature and the silence. The living room has a woodturning stove with windows, as well as a heating pump and air conditioning. The house is somewhat secluded and there is no noice. The house is non-smoking house.

Huset har en lys stue med brændeovn, et fuldt udstyret køkken og 3 komfortable soveværelser, perfekte til hele familien. Kun 5-8 minutters gang fører dig til en dejlig, sandet og stenede strand. I nærheden ligger Heather Hills, et unikt naturområde med lyngklædte bakker, perfekt til vandreture. Der er en købmand kun 2 min fra huset, hvor du kan finde alt, hvad du behøver til din ferie.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
