A perfect place to stay for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room as well as a terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Esther was a very welcoming and friendly host, who was very quick to respond. The apartment was firat-class; it was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated, with lots of kitchen items available. There was a lovely garden just outside the apartment for my dog to walk in when we got up each day. I would definitely love to stay there again.

We rented a cottage with a bunch of friends and everything was absolutely great. Communication with the host was fast, everything was clear. The cottage is well equipped and absolutely clean. We were very satisfied.

My stay with my family of 6 was amazing. It was very spacious. The place was exactly as described. The living room view toogood to be true. The neighbourhood was very pretty. Would really recommend it to a big group.

If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

We were received very nicely! The pool was also well tempered and the associated shower had hot water if needed, sun loungers are also available. We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and the communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

Sometimes words are not enough to describe how incredible something is, our trip was exactly this way! Amazing memories and what an amazing place! Great appartement with lots of light. Easy walk to town and great hikes in the neighborhood. Would come back for sure!

We stayed as a family and really enjoyed the space, all instructions and communication were clear, the house was big and warm.

Very rustic cottage, easy check-in, good and easy communication with Berni and the hostess on site. Unfortunately, only a few sockets are available in the cabin. The furniture in the garden is very outdated. Unfortunately, a lounger and some dishes broke, so we demanded a very reasonable compensation. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

A beautiful apartment on the edge of Fuschl with a great view of the lake! We stayed there with our dog for almost a week and felt very comfortable. The house is quietly located and is the perfect starting point for various excursions in the region. Dog owners will love the green surroundings that invite you to take walks. Very close by is an old mill where you can get fresh, traditionally baked bread once a week by pre-order. We will be happy to come back!

Lena is a super host for a reason. She is kind and helpful and very proactive in her response The appartment is walkable from the HBF and has all amenities. The location is very central and walking from the river and close to great restaurants. Higly recommend it to all travelers visiting upper Austrian region. Hallstat, Wolfgang and are close by bus.
