Jean Pierre was very accommodating and made sure that my stay was comfortable. He also made sure that I have everything that I needed. The place is close to EVERYTHING -- the malls, food and an awesome nightlife. Not to mention the internet is AWESOME! :) Better than most around the area. :) I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to my friends!

Place was huge especially for a medium size family travelling. Everything was provided but of course still best to bring in some personal toiletries as needed. Place is Walking distance to church, baywalk, and basically located in the town proper. Airconditioning was working well and electric fans & kitchenwares are all provided. The caretaker is very friendly and you will indeed have a guaranteed relaxing stay in Michel’s place!

Villa Sebastian was a great place to stay in San Juan! It’s on a steep slope, but manageable. Our villa was clean, spacious, and the pool was right in front—perfect for quick dips! Grab deliveries can reach the place, and it’s just a short walk to the beach and restos. Chill vibes, friendly staff—would definitely book again!
