Beautiful home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Ashland (3 miles) and I-64 (5 miles). This is a full size newly remodeled basement with it's own outside entrance. Great host and great setting. Access to the beautiful back yard, kids gym, gazebo, firepit, grill and covered patio. The basement has large windows in the bedrooms and queen beds. Located 8 minutes from King’s Daughters Hospital and 30 minutes from Huntington, WV hospitals. Long term travel workers welcome.

The house has a gas fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen, also we provide a gas grill outside on the wrap around porch. The porch has a swing and plenty of seating. A wash room with full size washer and dryer. The pond has a dock and is fully stocked. A king master suite with a shower ,bath tub. A bunk room w/ 4 long bunks. Upstairs a balcony / queen bedroom overlooking the downstairs.

Farm house in the country . About 6 miles from Lake Vesuvius in Pedro , Ohio Large yard. Near a small creek . Great for hunters or if you just want to get away. The house has window air conditioners. There is a front porch where you can sit and rock or swing and just take it easy . NO INTERNET OR WI-FI. But there is a landline for local calls or 911 There is a camper in the back yard that is rented also. Call or email me for more info.

COZY, QUAINT, AND MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN. This is a newly remodeled three bedroom home. Very spacious with off street parking. All wood floors and nicely tiled shower. Two queen size beds in bedroom one and two. Bedroom three is vacant. Large eat in kitchen, washer and dryer, side and front entrance. Small private back yard.

The welcoming porch features a classic white rocking chair and a vintage yellow bicycle. A potted yellow plant and two colorful flower arrangements add charm. The door is adorned with a seasonal wreath, enhancing the friendly exterior.

This MANSION is amazing! This historical home was so beautiful! Beautiful woodwork, gorgeous staircase, big rooms! We enjoyed our stay immensely! It was in a very convenient location close to anything you would need. Just a couple of minutes to the bridge to go to Ashland or the bridge to Russell. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and we felt welcomed. This home had so many “hang-out” spaces from the 2 living/family rooms, the screened back porch, and the awesome swing on the huge front porch. Next time we visit the area, we will stay here again! Thank you!!

Even leaves good quality shampoo and conditioner for the guest to use not yo mention brand TP 😊 Rhonda is incredibly helpful and proactive to make sure our stay was perfect. My daughter and I felt at home. It was peaceful. Neighborhood was decent. We stayed there for Sonic Temple festival. With the chaos there, it was nice to calm down and relax in the tiny house. We'd like to visit again soon. I highly recommend it to others passing through or just need to get away from their current chaotic situation. It was much needed for vacation and Mother's Day weekend. Thank you Scott and family. ❤️
