Madalena is a lovely person. Very kind and made us feel very comfortable. The space was clean and tidy. On the first day we stayed in a different bungalow than I had booked, but the next day it was resolved. The tranquility and view of the place is what makes all the difference. We really enjoyed staying there.

The experience of the stay was extremely satisfactory, we spent happy and restful days at the house. The space is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, organized and with several leisure options to get the kids off the screens. The pool is another strong point, always at a pleasant temperature and at night the water gets even warmer, as if it were heated. The hostess, Karyna, was always ready for any need that arose. Similarly, the caretaker, Antonio, and the cook, Maria, were cordial and very helpful. The condominium is quiet and wooded, close to the beach, however the stretch did not please us very much, because despite being a beautiful place, because it is close to the river, the water was a little cloudy and with vegetation, which did not make the bath so inviting. However, this was not a major obstacle, as the house is very close to two other beaches (about 4 km). Anyway, the experience was excellent and we want to come back again and again.

A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

My stay in Pajuçara was simply wonderful! The host, Maria das Graças, was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful from the first contact until the time of checkout. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist spots. I also highlight the small details that made all the difference: the organization of the space, the super comfortable bed, and even local tips that she shared with me, which greatly enriched my experience in the city. I definitely felt at home and wanted to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is coming to Maceió. Thank you for everything!

Place top, super complete apartment, great location, close to the beach and with many restaurants, snack bar, pharmacy and others. Comfortable beds, everything working, RV by signature and all the best!

Casa with good location, close to the beach and a little further from the center (still to go on easy walking), great for those looking for quiet, home with 4/4 air-conditioned, clean and with reasonable space. Also air-conditioned room, good leisure area with pool and barbecue area (which needs a roof, because it is in the sun, but served the purpose well), garage was 4 cars without disturbing the circulation, large kitchen and equipped with all necessary utensils. I will definitely refer you and come back again!

The apartment is perfect, well decorated, illuminated and well flavored. The TV is a show, as is the towels and linen. The kitchen is well equipped for small meals, the availability of the cooler is also a hand on the wheel. The penthouse is a spectacle apart, the sunset is amazing, the panoramic view of the elevator a show! I have no negative points, just details like the bed that could be bigger for the couple, and I think the extra mattress is not comfortable for a third guest. Ah, and the sea view of the apartment is only from the side on the balcony, which is still amazing. I would stay again and recommend it!

Great location, everything is very quiet and close to the beach. Wanderlei was always friendly and answered all the questions we had. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to Parque Shopping, depending on traffic. A 5-minute walk on the beach and you'll find kiosks and the sea is great for swimming, if you don't want to move, swimming in the sea in front of the apartment is also nice. Safe, quiet, noiseless condominium, perfect for those who want to rest. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is of a sizeless amenity, has absolutely everything that is necessary for a short or long stay without missing any item/equipment from your home. The site is very good, close to everything, the beach in the background is excellent. I and my family will definitely be back and staying in the same place!

Wonderful place, cozy atmosphere, everything organized, Ligia responds super fast, the pool area and restaurant make you not even want to go out to other places, beaches nearby, only access to the beaches is indicated by car, you can't walk as the Villas ad suggests that it has beach access, but I'm very satisfied and I'll come back other times

My friends and I had a great weekend, the house is beautiful, very spacious, with several kitchen utensils, the beach is wonderful with many waves and the pool has a waterfall that is a differential. The rooms are very cozy and each has a bathroom with 2. However, a negative point would be privacy that has almost none on the ground floor, because sometimes someone would appear behind the house (homemade or swimming pool) since access is free to the pool, very low walls and it would be interesting if you had a list of contacts to make it easier for those who are gringo to find places to buy food. But the whole was amazing.

Well, it was 8 wonderful days, the beach is beautiful and not far from downtown Maceió by car, Alexandre was very attentive, the apartment is very good and with an even more beautiful view, it was superrrr, I'm leaving already wanting to come back….

The house is spectacular, with direct access to the beach and a private pool. The place is amazing. We really enjoyed the house. Everything was fine. Everything is highly recommended.

A wonderful stay! It served us super well. The best view I've ever seen from everywhere I've ever traveled. Maceió is perfect, we will definitely return other times and in addition Diogo leaves two beach chairs in the house and a styrofoam for you to enjoy in the best possible way. We were in a group of 6 adults for 1 week at Elias' apartment. The location is privileged, in front of the beach, close to tourist attractions and a supermarket. Although the building's facade is older compared to the others, the apartment is new, renovated and we didn't miss anything during the stay. The 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning that worked perfectly, the beds are comfortable, and one of the bedrooms has smart TV. For us, who like to follow soccer, the big TV in the living room was a plus. Kitchen is well-equipped. The contact with Elias was smooth, he responds quickly and is super helpful. As an improvement, I suggest just a TV in the other 2 rooms to be perfect. I would recommend it with peace of mind and would also stay again on another occasion.

The best-equipped house I've stayed in to date. Everything was impeccably wonderful. I have no words to describe this 100,000-star accommodation… I certainly recommend it. We went as a family of 7 adults and 2 children. They think of everything, including toys for the children, everything, including a beach chair and cooler. I could spend all day describing this house… I loved it
