Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Ionian Sea

It was a great location. The apartment was roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to make a good meal. Markets and lots of shopping was within walking distance.

INCREDIBLE STAY! This place was everything we hoped for and more. The studio was spotless, cozy, and beautifully set up. The hosts were absolutely amazing—so warm and welcoming. We were greeted with delicious home-cooked local food and fresh eggs straight from their farm (honestly, the best eggs we’ve ever had!). We also did a boat tour with our host and later took the boat out on our own—highly recommend exploring the area by boat, it was such a highlight of our trip. The location was peaceful and relaxing, yet still really convenient for getting around. We loved every minute of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Le logement est très spacieux, avec une belle terrasse. Proximité immédiate des différents commerces : boucherie, fruiterie,boulangerie, supérette.

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in uno dei bellissimi appartamenti di Gaetano… che dire?Tutto perfetto: appartamento arredato con stile, giardino paradisiaco e posto strategico per vedere il Salento sia nel versante ionico che adriatico. E infine un complimento sincero a Gaetano, sempre disponibile e mai invadente. Se torneremo in Salento, sicuramente soggerneremo di nuovo qui! Grazie di tutto

nulla da dire, la location è spettacolare. Emanuele è stata veramente una persona gentilissima squisita l’appartamento oltre ogni aspettativa moderno arredato bene super accessoriato ecologico con tutti i comfort. zona tranquilla, non ci sono rumori si riposa benissimo collegata bene tra Catanzaro e Catanzaro lido quindi ben servita che dire forse uno dei migliori appartamenti che ho trovato in tanti anni che uso Airbnb come questi pochi in giro quasi tutti sono trasandati o tenuti male per il resto vorrei ringraziare l’ospitalità di Emanuela e soprattutto per avermi concesso di utilizzare il suo appartamento che è stato per me una delizia.

WOW! This is an absolutely gorgeous place. We booked this as it was fantastic location for our friends wedding. Unfortunately we didn’t stay long and as soon as we arrived regretted not booking here for longer. Daniele was a brilliant host. Extremely helpful and very responsive. He made us feel so welcome. We were able to check in early as the room was ready and even allowed us to check out late too. He was great for recommendations as well. The accommodation looks exactly like the photos (if anything, better). It’s serene and peaceful and was always very quiet whilst we were there. The amenities are brilliant, well stocked kitchen. Parking was easy and felt very safe. The complex is gated which made it feel very private. We didn’t have long to explore much of the surrounding area but what we did see, was lovely. Honestly 10/10 air bnb, will be recommending to everyone and hopefully be back one day!

Δεύτερη φορά που μένω στο ίδιο κατάλυμα και μιλάω με την Δανάη. Ολα πολύ ωραία και μάλιστα είχαμε και δωρεάν αναβάθμιση στα νέα καταλύματα που άνοιξαν πριν λίγες μέρες. Είναι κέντρο κέντρο και κοντά στα μαγαζιά αλλά παρόλα αυτά υπάρχει ησυχία και σίγουρα μπορείς άνετα να κοιμηθείς. τρομερός χώρος πολύ περιποιημένος. Έλειπε βέβαια κουζίνα στο νέο κατάλυμα αν και έχει επιλογή με κουζίνα όποιος θέλει. Είναι ιδανικα για λίγες μέρες αλλά άνετα μένεις και αρκετές. συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!! εννοείται όταν ξαναπάω Ιωάννινα θα είναι το πρώτο μέρος που θα επιλέξω να μείνω!!!

Beautiful home in a quiet area with parking. Fit our family of 5 perfectly and had everything we needed for a delightful stay. We were very warmly welcomed and would happily return again. Thank you!!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Grosse gemütliche Terrasse zum verweilen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war sehr gut. Egal welches Anliegen, er hat sofort geholfen. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe mit einem wunderschönen Meer. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung wärmstens. Wir haben uns wirklich zu Hause gefühlt. Nur zu empfehlen. Danke auch an die Eltern von Antonio, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben und jeder Zeit wenn nötig, geholfen haben.

In Roberts großem, sehr sauberen blauen Haus haben wir uns während der gesamten Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat große Balkone, von denen man herrlich den Sonnenauf- und -untergang genießen kann. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man von hier aus viele schöne Touren unternehmen. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Taverne, in der große, schmackhafte Portionen zu günstigen Preisen angeboten werden. Robert ist ein sympathischer, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der ein offener, interessanter Gesprächspartner aber trotzdem zurückhaltend ist. Das blaue Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf der Insel Zakynthos kommen wir gern wieder.

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen! Nido del Salento hat uns mit seiner liebevollen Einrichtung, der Sauberkeit und der ruhigen Lage begeistert. Besonders schön war der liebevoll vorbereitete Willkommenskorb – mit ausreichend Leckereien für das erste Abendessen und ein gemütliches Frühstück: inklusive einer Karaffe köstlichen regionalen Weins, hausgemachter Marmelade und Tomatensoße. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch und wohl – nicht wie ein fremder Gast, sondern wie bei Freunden. Elma und Vincenzo sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig sehr respektvoll. Trotz aller Herzlichkeit wurde unsere Privatsphäre jederzeit gewahrt. Man hatte das Gefühl, das gesamte Anwesen ganz für sich allein zu haben – perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Eine wunderbare Basis, um Salento zu erkunden. Jederzeit wieder!

The place is beautifully decorated and was very clean with high quality wooden finishes. Bruna was a great host who communicated well and was responsive. There is accommodation of some sort being built (construction site) behind the property. Because of this there is some noise through the day when they are working. At night the noise stops, so you don’t have to worry about interrupted sleeping. Noise cannot be avoided if you stay nearer the beach at Dhermj because there is also a lot of hotel construction work going on there too. We would be happy to stay at Bruna’s place again and we would recommend it to our friends.

Stunning location, right on the beach, very quiet and peaceful. Rudina - Robert’s wife was very welcoming. I asked for a cork screw and ice tray and she provided them on the same day. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!

A really lovely few days at this beautiful place. Everything has been well conceived & makes it so easy to relax. Top quality bed & bed linen & real attention to detail. Thank you for lovely welcome basket of goodies too ! The private garden seating area is a real plus. 2 minutes walk into Stavros. Just great - highly recommend.

Η διαμονή μας στο Καστράκι ήταν υπέροχη. Το σπίτι παρόλο που είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο, παράλληλα ήταν και πολύ ήσυχο. Ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο, ιδανικό για οικογένεια. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν εξαιρετικοί, ευγενείς και μας παρείχαν όλες τις πληροφορίες για την περιοχή. Με χαρά θα ξαναμείνουμε στο ίδιο κατάλυμα όταν επισκεφτούμε και πάλι την περιοχή. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη διαμονή!

Soggiorno perfetto. L’appartamento era molto bello e dotato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è strategica per visitare il Salento. Alessandro è stato un host super disponibile e simpatico. Consigliatissimo!

Fantastisch verblijf. Hartelijk ontvangen met uitgebreide tips wat er in de omgeving is te doen. Appartement was zeer netjes en goed voorzien van spullen om zelf een maaltijd te maken. Zwembad erg schoon en een heel mooi uitzicht over het gebied. Ontbijt was erg goed; enorme variatie aan hartige en zoete etenswaren. Verblijf sterk aanbevolen.

I would recommend staying here if you are renting a car anyway and want to be a bit further from the city. The communication with the owner was great and fast. Our router did not work for us the first day of the vacation, but it was quickly fixed by the owner. There are three air-conditioning units, which was lovely. The apartment had: a roomy shower, two balconies (so you can always choose between sun and shade), and the extra outside blinds that could keep out all light at night. We had a car (rented from Enterprise) to go everywhere on the island, which we were very happy about. One of our group members luckily was very comfortable driving in Greece (hills and small, two-way streets). Buses are often delayed, so you would be waiting in the burning sun without cover for the bus if you do not have a car. Taxies are also pretty expensive (25 euro from old town to the apartment). The only negative about the flat is that the pullout couch in the living room is very uncomfortable.

Semplicemente fantastico! Merita 5 stelle! Posizione super, perfetto se ci si sposta a piedi come nel mio caso, appartamento carinissimo e pulito, arredato con gusto. In più l'host è molto reattivo e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Se dovessi venire di nuovo a Taranto tornerò qui!

Joli appartement dans lequel on se sent bien, proche à la fois du centre ville piéton et des routes qui permettent de rejoindre les autres villes de l’île. Tout confort, literie confortable et tout l’équipement nécessaire est à disposition. Konstantina a été à l’écoute et serviable.

Siamo appena tornati da questa meravigliosa vacanza e possiamo solamente dire che, la casa di Maria Johanna è favolosa! Ci ha accolti con vino e salame, una signora sempre allegra, gentile, disponibile, solare, scherzosa e per niente invadente, anzi! Ci ha accolti insieme alla sua dolcissima cagnetta Mika e i suoi gatti bellissimi! La casa è PAZZESCA proprio come nelle foto! All’interno c’è TUTTO anche le capsule per la lavastoviglie e le capsule per la lavatrice! Ventilatori in entrambi le stanze, ferro da stiro ed asse, macchinetta del caffè italiana, microonde, tostapane…insomma ha TUTTO! UTILISSIMO il Terrazzino dove poter mangiare comodamente tutti e 4 (ma ci si entra anche in di più)e uno stendino a testa per entrambe le camere! Devi solamente comprare il cibo e BASTA! Situata in una zona tranquilla ma ben vicino a tutto! Grazie mille Maria Johanna per aver reso con la tua presenza e la tua casa, il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole! Ti meriti veramente il meglio ♥️

My husband and I really loved our stay here! The sea view was stunning, and the apartment was bright and spacious. It had everything we needed. Being so close to the beach was a big plus. We both felt really well looked after. I wish we could have stayed longer.
