We had a great stay with our family! 5 minute drive to Lannouan Castle so perfect if you have a wedding there. Possible to walk to the center of the village of Landévant. Well laid out house, very large living room, pleasant terrace, very quiet. Recommended

Excellent stay in this magnificent house, conducive to relaxation (quiet environment, no neighbors and large garden), friendliness (small shelter for the evening, and very pleasant living room). Comfortable and very well-equipped house. It was a pleasure!

Nice and cozy accommodation where we spent two pleasant days. The terrace is not adjoining the accommodation, which is not well understood with the photos. The staircase to access the sleeping floors is narrow and not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. It is a home for 6 and there are only 3 seats and 1 pouf in the living room, which seemed insufficient to us. The accommodation is very clean and the amenities are quality; apart from the 3 details mentioned, it met our expectations.

House in a quiet and peaceful location 15 minutes from the beaches. We had a great time with friends and our dog. Stéphanie is a very kind host and very easy to communicate with. I recommend it for discovering the beautiful region of Etel and Port Louis as well as Morbihan.

Excellent 4-day stay at Guy's superb house, great location and close to shops and restaurants. Many hiking trails around the Ria d'Etel. We enjoyed the terrace which is very well surrounded. Many visits around 20, 25 km away. To be repeated certainly with great pleasure.

Very nice apartment, very comfortable, beautiful view of the port, matches the photos. Small downside, access via the stairs is steep and narrow. check-in instructions not given by Airbnb or late, therefore difficult to find the garage. Thanks to Virginie for being responsive.

Dear Bérangère, We enjoyed the time in your accommodation right at the harbor - great location, yet very quiet. The apartment is wonderful and very tastefully furnished and we had everything we needed. If you don't want to go to the relatively expensive parking garage opposite, you can find various free parking spaces in the small streets in just 5 minutes on foot. We had our dog with us and also had quite positive experiences here. Vannes and surroundings are worth a trip and this apartment is highly recommended for it. Thank you so much for having us. The only problem is that it's on the 4th floor and there's no elevator. For us it wasn't a problem but maybe for others it can be. Otherwise the apartment is great, spacious and functional. They're easy to reach. Great stay, thank you Bernard

We had a pleasant stay, whether for the most pleasant accommodation or for walks between the wild coast and the bay of quiberon. I haven't forgotten the superb waterfront view which alone deserves all the stars.

beautiful accommodation tastefully decorated, very spacious, very nice terrace, top amenities, great soundproofing because in a busy street, at the foot of a small neighborhood grocery store that helps out! too bad it's missing a parking space. but a great stay too short in a great place with a responsive correspondent! A few steps from the port, (excellent) restaurants, passionate small traders (great cheese and fish shops), Céline's house is a peaceful oasis. The decor of the house is neat, the brightness is omnipresent, the comfort of the rooms is more than pleasant, a beautiful living space inside and out... nothing to say, we had a long weekend with the family that was absolutely ideal. I'll just point out the presence of a plancha and not a barbecue. The exchanges with Céline were very pleasant and she was there to answer the small questions upon arrival. Nothing to say, just enjoy! And thank you Céline, for the little Breton welcome gift 🙂

Everything was perfect, a clean accommodation where nothing is missing, with neat decor. We immediately feel at ease. Xavier de Groom was also perfect, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, the landscapes and beaches are beautiful. An excellent weekend, we will come back and will not hesitate to call on Groom.

We had a lovely stay with friends at this beautiful house, the space accommodating 4 couples with all the comfort and privacy desired. The house is very well-equipped, the bedding is good quality, the view is really beautiful and the beach is accessible directly from the terrace. Great! Very nice cottage, bright and tastefully furnished as well as a very good level of equipment and particularly the kitchen. The atmosphere of the large living room invites rest, conviviality and cocooning, the stove is a real plus! Possibilities for walks from the house. We felt “at home.”

We had a great weekend at Edith's, the place is ideal for relaxing in peace. The children loved the garden and enjoyed the beach a short walk from the house! The accommodation is well-equipped, very bright, you immediately feel good there.
