Our cozy, bright attic apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (sofa bed, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

Very nice, sparkling clean modern house. Very well equipped kitchen with a great coffee machine like in Italy, a large refrigerator + a great stove. Fine sound system for the whole house and large TV. Spacious rooms with a sunny garden. Quick communication with Sabrina, good tips also for the area. Good sound insulation: you didn't hear anything from our 2 babies and 1 schoolchild, who sometimes cry at night. Would love to come again anytime.
