Vacation rentals with beach access in Inner West Council

We stayed at Mercedes’ place for a week and had a fabulous time. Spacious and airy, perfectly clean with all mod cons. In particular, I loved the barbecuing station in the verdant garden. It’s in a great location - quiet but five minutes from the beach and bars, cafés, shops etc. Mercedes was super friendly and quick to respond to any queries etc. She left the flat full with everything you’d need on arrival - fruit, snacks, towels etc. - and all you’d need for a longer stay - washing powder, fairy liquid, olive oil, spices etc. In short, we had a great stay!

We had a fabulous extended stay at Sharlene’s apartment. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and looks exactly like the photos. Linen and abundant towels were provided. It is near public transport to the city and other nearby beaches. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sharlene.

We had a wonderful time at the apartment and can highly recommend staying there! The check-in was fast and smooth, since Tommy provided us with good instructions. The apartment itself was perfect for our longer stay - located close to Darling Harbour but in walking distance to the harbour/CBD. It has all you need for the stay, as well as a wonderful balcony and soft bed. Closeby are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Tommy was always approachable and very friendly. Overall, a great experience & apartment - 100% recommendable!

An excellent location for a stay alone or if you are coming as a couple! Very close proximity to the beaches and short drive to Balmoral baths! I enjoy fishing so being able to go to a location like Balmoral baths for fishing was truly an amazing experience for me! Would love to be back again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay at Yolande's apartment! It had everything we needed, and it was bright, quiet, and charmingly furnished. The location was great, too—close to beautiful beaches, small cafés, a good bakery (Iggy's!), and a small supermarket. There is a bus stop nearby, and the 379 bus runs every ten minutes to Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach, so it was easy to get around. Yolande was the perfect host—kind, responsive, and extremely friendly. She provided us with many local recommendations and was flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. We would definitely like to stay there again. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Tina's cozy home. It was very clean and in a very convenient neighbourhood, very easy to walk to Circular Quay/Opera House. Lots of cute cafes and restaurants in the area. View of the ocean from the room. Lots of thoughtful inclusions, had everything we needed for our stay. More affordable option in Sydney.

We had a wonderful few days celebrating a special family occasion in Sydney and were delighted we stayed at Helen’s. She was attentive, responsive and friendly. The home is superb. All the facilities you could need. Very well set up for multiple generations staying together- plenty of space and luxurious comfort everywhere. Well priced compared to 3 or 4 hotel rooms- and so much more comfortable. Could not recommend this more highly. We’ll be back!

Lovely home close to Bondi Junction, perfect location for shopping and lots of eating out options nearby. Nice and clean with all of the amenities, and a lovely outdoor space to relax in. Our daughter loved the bedroom in the loft too. Amelia was a great host, and provided us with plenty of local information.

We had a great few days at Alicia’s place . It was the perfect house for three couples . We had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend !

We had a fantastic stay at Little Bay! It was wonderfully quiet and private, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of work. Coming back to such a comfortable space allowed us to enjoy restful and rejuvenating sleep. As a Sydney local, I would definitely love to return here again for some well-deserved relaxation!

Good location, on a main road but you can barely hear traffic so it’s perfect. A perfect spot if you don’t want to stay in the city but still walkable to cafes etc. Nina went above and beyond knowing I was going to celebrate my birthday also. Would highly recommend.

Our 4-night stay at Little Edie was FANTASTIC! The flat was a perfect tiny home with a private terrace/garden. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, with high quality furnishings, decor, bed linens etc - like staying in a 5 star hotel but more personal. Having a washer was very helpful. No trouble finding or getting into the flat. We loved staying in Paddington with its beautiful Victorian houses, a high street with shops and restaurants close to the flat and bus stop with easy commute into the CBD and to Bondi Beach. Not in the centre of the city but very good if you wanted to experience living in a beautiful Sydney neighbourhood. Andrew was very helpful with restaurant and shopping recommendations and he responded quickly to emails. Hope to return at some future date!

Claire was very responsive to any questions we had. The APT. was clean and the showers great with a strong hot water flow. Supermarkets, .restaurants and rail station all in walking distance. We had a very enjoyable stay. Barry Tweed Heads.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

The unit was neat and clean. Penny generously provided a baby bath and high chair and set up the portacot for us. We had two small children so it was a bit small for us but would suit kids that would enjoy the bunk beds. It’s good for people who could walk the hill to the beach. The park across the road was helpful

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. Will be recommending this place to any visitors in the future as it ticked all the boxes, and more. Thank you Dianne!

Suzanne was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. Her instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Everything was provided from kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities. The place is spacious (for 3 of us) and clean. A convenient location, as it was only a short 10min walk to the train station and 5 minute drive to the closest supermarket and restaurants. Will definitely consider staying at Suzanne's place again if opportunity arises.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.
