Stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing!! Chris and Debbie were really responsive and were one step ahead with all our questions. The home had everything we needed from an early morning breakfast to a late night BBQ. What was even better was the lake right behind the property! We fished, swam, used the kayaks, and used the lilly pad that was provided. We will most definitely be staying again and recommend the beautiful property!!

This place was great for a work week getaway. The kitchen is absolutely stocked with anything you might need. The master bed and pillows were very comfy. There are a lot of beds available in this house for extra guests/children, even queen size bunk beds. The house is definitely laid out to maximize guest space. That being said the upstairs (kitchen, living, master bedroom) seems spacious. There are views from the master bedroom and living room to the lake. If the weather isn’t cooperating you can still enjoy the view. Driving into Marble Falls is literally 10 minutes and there is a grocery store if you need supplies. That area has grown a lot and there are many restaurants as well. The owners were communicative however we had no issues during our stay. Everything was clean and working. Would recommend!

Great stay! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the lake, which made for some beautiful mornings and evenings. The outdoor space is awesome and perfect for relaxing or hanging out. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout. Would recommend!

The place was really nice. It had plenty of kitchen amenities, a really nice grill, and some nice floats and water toys in the boathouse.

This was an absolutely amazing Airbnb. I have stayed in a lot of them, and this was the cleanest most well stocked one. Cameron was very responsive to everything. The area was peaceful and every morning I got up and walked because I knew the area was safe and full of deer. If you’re looking for a quiet trip by the lake with easy kayaking right off your back deck and you can get up and drink coffee in the morning off the deck and watch the deer morning and night this is where you want to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Jenelle's place! We brought our dogs and they loved the huge yard and direct access to the lake! We also enjoyed the relaxed environment of being out back. We made s'mores in the firepit and made use of the kayaks they offered! The outdoor space really ticks all the boxes! The inside looks just like the pictures. Beautiful kitchen on the second floor with a good, smaller kitchen on the first floor. Above all, Jenelle was really accommodating to us and made sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. She also sends a very helpful guidebook ahead of time to help plan your stay, which as someone who loves to plan and stay organized I really appreciated! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Austin!

Very nice place with plenty of space for our family!

House was beautiful! Only “complaint” is for those sensitive to the light: there are no black out curtains provided. It’s worse in the front room because the flood/spot light by the garage is motion activated and turns on every five seconds, shining right into the room. Other than that: everything was amazing

Late on a Friday afternoon before a long planned family vacation, a home we had rented through another service suddenly became unavailable due to a maintenance issue. That service was unable to accommodate us otherwise. Being in a bit of a panic, we were very fortunate to find this house on Airbnb and contacted the owner (Tim). Tim is a super nice guy and great to work. He was very responsive and provided a personalized experience that you don't often get. As it turned out, we ended up in a nicer home in a better location at a more competitive price. The home is modern and well kept, "very" clean and had much to offer the six teenagers with us. The home is located on the main body of the lake with wide open water and a great view. The home is also within minutes of gasoline/food by water if you have a boat or jet skis. I can truly say we had a great time making memories and highly recommend this location!

The home was very spacious and neat. Joshua was very easy to communicate with and had many helpful recommendations for food and outdoor activities to do in the area. I would definitely book again.

Lovely home and beautifully decorated. We had to stay for a week for my husband’s job and I work from home. It has a cozy office with great internet and a nice patio to hang out in the evening. The home was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

This home and its surrounding area was beautiful! I don't think the pictures did it justice. The living room was very comfortable and cozy. The picture window looked out on a very fresh and very green landscape. Lake Buchanan was still down some so the pier was overlooking a beautiful green meadow that invited hiking. Again, the kitchen, dining room and bedroom were spotless and thoughtfully decorated. The only drawback was after driving through a thunderstorm at night it was a little difficult finding the house. The next morning (an absolute pristine morning) I realized I had been driving around and past it all the time. Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful homey place for us to stay.

This is our first time using Airbnb and Lauren made it a wonderful experience. We loved the house, the lake and the privacy. It was exactly what we needed. The golf cart was great to get around in. My family loved the beach and the lake and we took advantage of the pool as well. Everyone we met in the neighborhood was super friendly. There aren’t a lot of restaurants around the area but that was not an issue for us. We took advantage of the kitchen and grill. We were truly “on lake time”. Thank you again to Lauren and we hope to be back again!

Kara was an absolute gem. the place allowed us to make memories with the kids. it was spacious and perfect. it was hard to get my kiddos away from the gorgeous pool and hot tub. the deer were so friendly to. thank you Kara for great memories. I highly recommend this place especially if you have kids. Beautiful memories were made and held onto thanks to Kara's place.

My husband and I stayed here because we were going to Bronco Off-Rodeo. It was about a 10 minute drive, so the location was perfect. The home was absolutely beautiful, exactly like the photos. As we arrived we were greeted by two deer in the front yard. Gary and Diana provide food for the deer. One ate from my hand a few times during our stay, which I loved! The home itself is wonderful, with everything you need provided and more! It was spotless, thoughtfully decorated and very well organized. If I needed something, it was already provided down to the sugar and coffee. This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. You can tell this home is cared for and well maintained between guests. I met Gary as he was walking his dog in the evening. He was very kind and told me to contact him anytime if there was anything we needed. The front and back yard are great for sitting outdoors in the evenings and the deer came to visit both evenings during our stay. Highly recommended!

From questions prior to booking, to wishing us a safe trip home, this was definitely one of our best trips! Host Team was amazing and extremely attentive, no complaints. We absolutely plan to come back to this little slice of paradise!

Alexander was a great host! He was very helpful and responded quickly with any messages I sent. The backyard was very private, which we enjoyed. We spent quite a bit on the back porch enjoying each others company. The kitchen was very easy to prepare our meals and had ample seating. I would higly recommend this listing!

The house was a great size and beautiful. Almost every bedroom having its own bathroom is rare to find and a huge plus when traveling with 2 families. The pool and having a space to dock the boat so you don’t have to pull it in and out of the water was such a great bonus. The kids had plenty to do at the house when we weren’t boating such as playing pool, games, toys for the little ones, swimming, bags. It wasn’t just a house to sleep in, it was a house to hangout in and enjoy.

This was a great family vacation spot. Easy to get to, private pool was wonderful and the expansive waterfront was great for getting on/ off the boat each day with four small kiddos. The home was very well stocked with just about any amenity you could think of. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kingsland.

Emile and her team were helpful and responsive. It was a fun and enjoyable stay for me and my 16 guest. Plenty of parking and enough beds for everyone to rest. Clean and comfortable.

We spend a wonderful week at the Cottage. The front porch is amazing with a view of the lake. The amount of deer in the area…. Oh My!! SoSoSo Many!! We absolutely enjoyed feeding and watching them. Will definitely check availability next time we are in the area.
