The property was great, we liked the Villa a lot. Since Uber/Ola aren’t available but the host made us connect with a local cab driver whose pricing was almost what an Ola/ Uber would charge. Property was well maintained, since we were there for the first time and from work perspective so couldn’t spend as much time as we would have wanted at the property, however, coming back in the night and sitting outside in Kochi’s great weather was a blissful experience. Nearby walkable restaurants are less as it’s in a private / peaceful place, but one can Zomato/ Swiggy it. A great Villa with a great price point.

We stayed at George’s place—a group of 5 women above 50—and had the most heartwarming experience. The property is extremely safe, super clean, and beautifully maintained. We were greeted by real butterflies and vibrant flowers like champa and bougainvillea—pure paradise for nature lovers! The garden and mountain views were stunning, and we even spotted peacocks and many birds. George gave us a wonderful farm tour and was always helpful, from reaching the location to planning our visit to Parambikulam and Kodaikanal—his recommendations were perfect. The food, lovingly prepared by George’s mom, was absolutely divine—felt like home-cooked comfort. Every meal felt like it came from the hands of Goddess Annapurna herself. George, Thommy, and the family made us feel like their own. One tip: coordinate transport with George if not driving yourself. This wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience filled with nature, warmth, and genuine connections. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying at Rojin Jose's guest house for three days during our visit to Thrissur, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.From the moment we arrived early in the morning, we were touched by the warm hospitality – Rojin's son had thoughtfully arranged snacks for us, which was a kind and much-appreciated gesture. The house itself is impeccably maintained – clean, well-organized, and equipped with every household item you could possibly need. Everything is in perfect working condition.His hospitality, support, and genuine care for our experience truly made a difference. My entire family was extremely happy with our stay – everyone loved the house and felt completely at ease.If you're visiting Thrissur and want a peaceful, clean, and well managed place to stay with a host who treats you like family, this is the place. We are a family of 5 people who stayed for 2 nights. It was a nice stay there. Calm and quiet sorroundings. Neat, clean and well mentained house. AC,TV Wi-Fi, lights, bathroom flush, kitchen cooking stove, Aqua water facility... everything is in good condition. There is facility for cooking food . Small kitchen which is neat, tidy and has neat cooking utensils. Every time water available. Uber facility available for travel. Bed and blankets were clean and cozy. It is worth for the price.

It was a real pleasure staying at Mary’s place. She’s incredibly kind and genuine—clearly focused on hosting with heart, not just profit. Her consistent 5-star reviews are a reflection of who she is as a person. The property had everything I needed and more. Mr Joseph's property is located in a calm and serene locality. The hosts were very friendly. A special thanks to madam for preparing some sumptuous breakfast and Veg dinner for us. She also prepared egg curry. We were asked if wanted Coffee/tea as soon as we entered the property, which made our day. Thanks for the sweetdish and the icecream with fruit to finish off the dinner in style. We felt truly at home during our stay. The rooms were comfy with AC. Thanks for taking minute care of the amenities and keeping branded stuff for the guests. The green garden tour and friendly pets are a plus, a bonus. I would recommend anyone for both long or short stays, in case they are looking for a property around this area. Inspiring to hear the story of Mr Joseph.
