Modern rental room by the sea.

Rent one of two overnight rooms right by the lake. The rental room is located in a newly renovated part of a former rose garden. Here you can spend the night in rural and peaceful surroundings. The rental unit is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom, which can be used by those who rent rooms here. Right next to the rental room there is a large outdoor area where you can barbecue and the children can play freely. The place is located right by the beach, where there is also a bathing jetty.

Dette er stedet som så mange har gitt sine fantastiske og sommerlige tilbakemeldinger de siste årene. Moengen er plassert utenfor allfarvei i et naturskjønt område, med utsikt mot sør og Trondheimsfjorden. Dersom du er heldig er det ikke sjelden at det beiter elg og rådyr på enga nedenfor husene. Leiligheten på 75 m2, og er innredet i trematerialer. På den mørke årstiden lyser Trondheim by opp nattehimmelen mot sør. Dette er en tid på året som kommunens flotte lysløyper kan brukes.

Charming appartment, located in a very nice area of Trondheim right by Ladestien and the cosy place Ladekaia. Ladekaia was given the kafé of the year price 2016 in Trondheim. Ladekaia is all the way down to the waterside. Free wi-fi and free parking. 2 elevators in the building. City bikes available in the city and at Lade Torget, Lade Arena and ECDahls bryggeri. Her kan du leie en hytte nede ved sjøkanten. Hytten er utstyrt med kjøkken og bad og har en sentral beliggenhet. Det er en stor uteplass hvor man kan grille og barna kan leke fritt. Leieprisen inkluderer sengetøy og håndklær. Stedet er utstyrt med elbil-lader. Vi tilbyr også utleie av båter! Vi er en familie som overtok disse hyttene i juni 2024 og vil med tiden pusse opp stedet. Bildene er derfor midlertidige, og vil oppdateres underveis.

Sock apartment in beautiful surroundings on Kvithylla, near the beach, as well as access to private sun terrace and lawn. Walking and cycling distance to the city center, opportunities to borrow a bike from us. Nice hiking area. TV and internet. 1 bedroom with double bed, sleeping alcoves in the living room with sleeping space for two. Duvets and pillows are provided.

The Heart Room

The heart room was previously used in connection with the courtyard/visiting farm, but is now only for rent. The apartment was built in 2015 and is located in an older farm building on our small farm. There are only 2 cats and a dog left on the farm. About 10 min. drive from the ferry in Rørvik, 5 min. drive to the town center and 15 min. drive to Rissa city center.
