Absolute ocean front luxury in central Candidasa

We have lowered prices by 15% for 2026 bookings as a government beach reclamation project is underway in Candidasa creating a new 5.5km white sand beach, boulevard and walkways. There is no noise or construction in front of the villa or nearby. It is still possible to swim very near the villa. Please see the project photos under “additional photos”.
