The interior is decorated with white and achromatic colors, preferring simple things. Small pets are allowed and 2 cushions and 1 food bowl are available. The cloud bridge leading to the terrace and garden has been installed to make it more convenient to enjoy the garden and scenery. This is a health-oriented residence located 10 minutes away from Incheon Airport by crossing the Sindo Peace Bridge. It consists of a main building, Yongdu-ree, with a floor area of 42 pyeong, and two annexes, Dongwolchul and Seoilak, with a combined floor area of 8 pyeong. The buildings are constructed using only natural building materials sourced from nature, including pure reinforced red clay from Gwangju, cypress wood from Hwasun, Jeollanam-do, mica schist, and germanium schist.
